“Very good value, however, I did not receive a renewal notice before I received an email saying it had been renewed automatically. As it happens, the price was acceptable.”

“The cost of renewal was only slightly increased from last year & it was automatic. I didn't have to do anything. Easy!”

“Policy expert offered the best value for money when it came to renewing my home insurance. I had a quick chat over the phone and even got the price of my renewal dropped a little bit more. The man on the phone was pleasant, even telling me about his progress om his cardio routine at the gym. He did laugh at me when i completely misunderstood one of his questions, but i suppose i deserved it!”

“Easy to renew no hassle, however instead of sending a renewal with the best possible price and then having to ring up to get even better, just be open and transparent and offer the very best deal first time around. This would be great instead of having to waste time and haggle a lower price”
