“My automatic renewal for home insurance was really high phones up to cancel and they all of a sudden had a “special discount” why this discount couldn’t of been applied in the renewal in the first place is beyond me”

“Both telephone calls were very good service. My account manager tried to be very competitive with the price which was helpful having a small baby demanding lots of money! When I phoned back to pay for this there was no waiting whilst finding my records or anything like that and the man was very pleasant, thorough and patient considering my baby was shouting in the background. Thanks to both. Things to improve would be the emails I received. Seemed as if I was just sent a template without the editable bit having been personalised to me.”

“I am pleased with the service I recieved when renewing my policy. I just have one "blip". I obviously didn't make it clear that I wanted to pay by direct debit (as previously) as the annual fee was taken in one payment. Bit disappointed.”
