“I would be happier if you sent me my policy through the post and not by email,my mortgage lender has to have proof of insurance,I can’t always download it”

“renewal price wasn’t the cheapest and without home emergency cover. Phone call got the price reduced and the emergency cover included. Would’ve scored very good if the price I got was the renewal price instead of the initial dearer one.”

“Consistently coming out in top 5 lowest quotes for the last 4 years for us...eventually. Shame you still have to do the usual ring up and ask for best price on renewal though!”

“Timely reminder that home insurance was coming due for renewal. Premium quoted was reasonable. Phoned to advise about special condition but telephone response was later than promised and, as a result, missed the call. No message was left on voice-mail so had to chase.”
