Avoid this company! Never deal with them! The worst insurance company ever! You can’t get through to them. They never contact you! Never even acknowledge you. Had an accident which wasn’t my fault and they didn’t repair my car, what a joke! Incompetent and useless!

Quote me Happy.....what a joke..avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra and get a proper, reliable company. After 3 days of reporting an accident that wasn't my fault, all on line as no one to speak to they finally got back to me with information that was useless, never offered a hire car even though I pay extra for this, ended up paying out my own pocket. Left high and dry and extremely frustrated with this cowboy outfit. RIP off...stay away!!!! Would score minus stars if possible!!!!

Might seem cheap at the beginning but there isn't a call centre to speak to anyone and when you cancel 6 months down the line they charge a £56 cancellation fee. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID...

Can not get through on the phone, still waiting for my claim to be sorted. Company are a joke, will move when policy runs out. Avoid this Mickey Mouse comapny.

Absolutely frustrating with this company cannot cancel as email has changed therefore got a letter from them saying they’re take legal action even though we tried endlessly to co contact them to make them aware of cancellation.Who do l contact to complain?

For the second year running, I have not been notified of any renewal before the actual renewal date. This company is a disgrace to the insurance industry.

Really good price but really bad service I would not recommend this service. Pay the extra £100 else were to get the proper service and insurance. If you have a accident they do not help you they do not communicate with you they VOID your policy instantly no phone call no communication HOWEVER they do email you very minimum information to say your insurance has been cancelled. After this I received a debt collectors letter for around £15000 claiming to take me to court unless i pay for an accident which was not my fault. Did not hear back from anyone for months and i had to to keep chasing and putting in complaints with AVIVA. This accident happen in 2018 and has only been looked into and solved now in 2021. DONT DO IT look else were with proper cover Admiral Direct line are much better and offer allot more security.

Quote me happy cancelled my insurance 3 weeks too early as i was handing my car over to my son after a number of emails sent they still havnt sorted it I have raised 3 complaints and nothing has been done Avoid at all costs I would never go with these again no customer service ..no help given..and no contact ..keep clear of these ..

Didn’t even get as far as taking out any insurance because of problems with their website preventing us from doing so. When we contacted them regarding this the email response was completely inadequate and did not help at all. Decided to go to another provider. Not sure how they get any business. Would have given no stars if that was an option.

I cancelled my Policy and quoted a reference number. My policy was renewed and was told my cancellation hadn't completed. Kevin in cancellations emailed me to say that he cancelled my Policy and they would process a refund. I have today received notice of legal proceedings. I will be reporting the matter to the FCA. Really difficult to get hold and poor customer service. I will never choose Aviva ever again and would not recommend your services to anyone.

Terrible service, extremely difficult to get in touch with, unless apparently you have an accident. Avoid as there are far better out there who are as competitive + others will truly make you happier than this bunch of cowboys

I would not give this company one star. I have tried to get a new password to log into my account as I want to get my no claims bonus proof. Am glad I did not do auto renewal. I have gone with another provider that I can contact easily, have learnt my lesson. There is no way of contacting them not even their chat link does not work. I have never been so irked by a company. Just do not go there please. Avoid them like the Devil.

I had a blameless accident at the end of November which resulted in a total loss of my car. Here we are in early February and despite receiving an offer which I accepted and giving them all information required I am still awaiting payment. I have phoned and got bumped off the call before I could talk to anyone and have emailed the total claims people and still nothing, very poor service indeed.

Been with them 2 years and 3 months. Got a new car and wanted to find out the cost. Despite being logged in to my account, on the app, I had to put in all my details again instead of just the new car's details. After selecting 'marital staus' the app wouldn't let me select anything. App is the worst one I've ever used. Got quote on website instead. Was a lot more than other insurers so I cancelled. They charge £50 plus tax for this by the way. Picking my new car up on Saturday so asked for the insurance to end on Saturday, once the process was finished, they confirmed that the policy would end at midnight on Friday!! Absoloutley incompetent. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. Will avoid them in future, I recommend others do the same.

A dpd van smashed into my qashqai it went into solus for repairs, it was damaged and for the first time water getting into the boot, they repaired the panels and said the water ingress was when i had it repaired 8 years ago. The insurance sent out Northern assessors 10 days ago mike said he was going to make a report, 5 days ago i phoned Quote me happy they said they would phone solus and get back to me. everybody is just blanking me.

Premium for 2020 car insurance was £298. Renewal notice came in at £607. In 2020 I had 0 claims, 0 convictions, 0 change of circumstances, same vehicle, same cover. Needless to say I will not be renewing my policy.

Don't use hopeless tried to upload my no claims discount but they kept coming back saying it wasn't showing it but it clearly was did this 3 times so gave up and cancelled. Went to LV same price but very easy to do.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - Zero communication. I signed up to Quotemehappy from Comparethemarket. The first issue I experience was the online only - no communication over the phone. So I sent an email to clarify that my NCB was protected as I had selected because the policy docs illustrated the issue post signup. Indeed they responded with an extra fee. Which I complained about because it should have been inclusive in the price I selected. After this point communication was sparse or near zero. They confirmed my NCB had been taken into account however that was not answering the question. Now I have not had contact with them for 48 hours despite their commitment to a 24 hour response time. I have asked to cancel my cover in full twice without a response. I have contacted Aviva over the phone and they refer me back to the email or an online contact form. I am now approaching my bank to get the full refund. Never again. If you want swift action and clarity avoid.
