I have been trying for hours to get a copy of my car insurance documents without success. There is only on online service which turns out to be no service at all. There is no cust serv contact number. I now believe this company is a con and if i needed to make a claim it would be useless. quote me very very unhappy indeed. I will spead the word, in my work I meet a good cross section of people and they will all be informed of how angry I am at being conned.

On-line only is ok when the web-site is working properly. I was quoted £10.78 2 days ago and thought I had paid as a notice, "Your payment has been successful" appeared...but the web page didn't move to confirmation. So I emailed them. It takes 48 hours to reply and they tell me my payment was not taken. I tried again today and was quoted £58.69. There is no way to question this, the help categories do not have this as an option. The virtual help can only answer FAQ's. So I have Tweeted their help. No reply. I change my car tomorrow. I decided to cancel this account and look for another but there is a £50 charge. Against my better judgement I decided to bite the bullet and pay. Guess what, the site is down! I will not be renewing in October and getting very worried about tomorrow. Just had another email, apparently circumstance change so quickly they have had to charge me more, yeah right. Quotemeveryunhappy.com

The worst insurance company on the planet, they don't honour their renewal quotes, their online payment facility doesn't work and you cant speak to anyone ever.....!!! sometimes its worth paying a little extra purely to get some form of customer service

Appalling online service as they have no direct contact telephone number I have tried constanty to cancel a home cover policy both before and within the cooling off period which thye have chosen not to reply to They on the other hand are threatening default action which is unbeliveable and they do not answer complaints about their service When you send an e mail all this does is generate a reply saying that this is an unmanned mailbox which is quite annoying I would like to speak with one of their managers and have sent them my contact numbers but they have avoided this -- unless a robot call me an an ex Financial Adviser -- a company needs to provide a good service therefore in my experience please do not take cover with this Aviva or quotemehappy

Dont expect to be able to actually talk to someone. Watch the autorenew as they charge you £28 for cancellation in the first 14 days if you have not turned it off and doesn't matter if the card belongs to someone else either who hasn't given permission to reuse. Customer service is non existent and I would hate to have had an accident whilst being with them as No one ever answers the phone after 5pm so keep your crashes between working hours to stand a chance of help.

This "Con" Company is Aviva. I have already had my standoff with them, used their ombudsman's service, biased and useless and way past its time to be closed down.

I`ve had the most awful experience with QMH, if someone else told me this story I would never believe it. I had a general question about my car being driven for charity purposes, but no information can be found on their website. I quickly realised that they don`t have customer service, you can only contact them via email on their website, but none of the pre-offered subjects cover `general enquiry` or similar. Never the less, I sent in an email, mentioning that I wish to cancel my policy with them. Because of the time wasted and the frustration I also submitted a 1-star review on a different site, mentioning again that I will cancel my policy with them. Their next move - they locked me out from my account. My sign in credentials I used 2 hours before suddenly did not work and even though I tried to reset my password about 20 times, I got the same error message: password and/or username incorrect. The only way to cancel a policy with them or to send them an email (the only way to communicate with them apparently) is to log in to your account. They have deliberately cut me off from any opportunities to get in touch with them and to cancel my policy. I contacted Trading Standards and updated my other review telling them that I will take this further to the Ombudsman - all in all about 10 hours later I magically get the access back to my account. Needless to say, I cancelled the policy immediately. Do yourself a favour, avoid these fraudsters like the plague. They charged me £56 for the cancellation, but to be fair, after my experience, I would have happily paid even £5600 to get rid of them and to never hear about them in the future. I am now back with y previous insurer, a bit more expensive (although considering the coverage I got from them, I would say the basic insurance would have been maybe about £60 more expensive for a year than QMH) and will never even poke QMH with a stick in the future. I raised a formal complaint and hopefully, the Ombudsman will bring this fraudulent company to its knees soon.

The only good thing about this company are they are cheap. But if you have an accident, the fun starts. They are impossible to contact via phone, they don't answer questions by email. Their site sends you in circles. The nearest garage they would fix me at was initially over 40 miles away, so for a couple of weeks I tried to contact them to discuss it, but nobody answered (eventually a closer option came up on the site). The paint job their repairer did was poor with small air bubbles and a couple of drip marks. I wasn't at fault but they have recorded me as being at fault, so my record is blighted for five years. They wont answer my emails about that either. Awful, just awful. There should be rules in place about companies like this who wont answer your questions.

They have failed to close my claim after almost a year of it being opened. They reimbursed me for the repairs, but are still open-ended on a claim to do with the car hire. I am inclined to believe they are making false claims, hence the other insurance refuse to pay. The only loser? ME! I have to stick with them as other insurers give me a much higher quote because my claim is still open and "at-fault". They do not change it to a no-fault (which it was) until he claim is closed. They do not want to take the other insurance company to Court as "they would lose" as they put it in writing. If the claim they are making is genuine, why would they even expect to lose in the first place? No one is chasing my claim, it is open ended and they simply do not care. They ever dare to tell me it is normal to take a year to sort out a claim. Well, it's nearly a year and I don't see an end to it. Shame on you!
