No phone number and do not answer emails, have taken 2 x premiums from me and still no insurance. they cancel without notice leaving you with no car.

“I have 5 years ncd on one car I’ve now purchased another car and used the same ncd when filling in the form and didn’t know you have to start from 0 ncd on my second car now they keep messaging me for my 5 year no claims discount I’ve told them I need to change it and pay the extra none of my messages are answered and they keep telling me to edit my account but youCANNOT CHANGE IT IT WONT LET YOU now I’ve had letter telling me they are going to cancel the insurance I’ve even messaged them with the problem and they keep telling me to edit my details BUT YOU CARNT CHANGE IT IT WONT CLICK ON IT all I want is an answer from a person not a computer”
“I had an awful experience - when it xame to the end I asked for my no claims and they said I had donde 2 claims which I hadn’t - I queried further and they said actually somebody had claimed against me but the details were wrong so the claim hadn’t progressed but they still held it against me !! It is impossible to speak to anybody - after trying to get hold of somebody and numerous emails I got a no claims and still there was a year missing ! Rubbish - do not use them”
“The worst insurance company ever. Tried to change from one car to another. All done online but they don’t tell you the cost. There system does not work on iPhone so no option to change cars. Wasted hours on computer. Phoned several times but will not help just saying do it online. Had to loose 6 months insurance to take out s new policy with another company. They should be ashamed.”
“Very very disappointing service. Been with company for 5 years, changed car three years ago no problems, now changed car to 2019 Suzuki Swift and been told unable to insure car despite nothing changing other then the vehicle. Vehicle has no modifications etc and policy appears to meet criteria required but now need to pay £56 cancellation fee to get out of policy on a car which they wont insure! This appears to be an established company practice, having read other reviews. Very very poor.”
“Quotememiserable! OK car insurance until I tried to cancel the automatic renewal - suddenly my account access was blocked so that I could not cancel online. Tried calling but they will only deal with claims by telephone. Emailed several times to try to cancel the insurance and they just sent password re-set emails in response which did not work. Then I received a text saying the insurance had been renewed along with an email saying I would be charged £50 to cancel. Still emailing and trying to sort this out with no luck. Wish I'd seen the reviews and comments on FaceBook before I took out this insurance as this appears to be a common problem to the point that some are calling it a scam. So far, I've got to agree with them and will be reporting the issue to the Financial Services Ombudsman.”
“I have arranged to collect my new car tomorrow but unfortunately the QMH system won’t allow me to logon and change my car details. When i request a new password link nothing comes through and you end up back at the same screen. You send them an email (only means of contact) and then get a reply saying they aim to respond within a 48 hour period. 48 hours!?! ... what good is that when you need to change your policy details asap!
Reading other reviews here I suspect I am locked out because my policy renewed around 11 days ago and by blocking access they prevent any 14 day cooling off cancellations.
This is all very frustrating and I am now at a loss what to do next.”

“The car claims line is an absolute joke. When u ring them .. you are on hold for a min 35min every time. I have been waiting for my claim to get resolved now for almost 9 months and I have a witness stating the 3rd party is at fault and still after 9 months I am no closer to getting it resolved.
I am constantly told the 3 rd party insurance either not admitting liability or they waiting to get a response from them.
This company is not interested in its customers.”
“Home Emergency cover with my Home insurance was paid for but this company is online only use the third party for the Emergency cover. My bathroom tap was leaking and that's not covered under the cover. This online providers only want your premium without providing the cover. Their underwriters are Aviva and they don't want to know any customer issues as Aviva only interested in their cut of the premium. Don't risk your hard earned money to buy this type of cover as "Pay first and we may or may not provide you service when you need it" it's cheaper and easy to pay local treads man than Insurance cowboys.”
“Sham of company Avoid at all costs if you wish to maintain your no claims and god forbid talk to someone.
1. No call centre to call when you want to discuss your renewal or issues with your policy. You have to email them through their systems which takes an age to get the result you are looking for.
2. They do not add your exiting no claims bonus to the system. Upon renewal quotation it only showed 6 years no claims I have 9 years no claims. They give you 5 years no claims when you start and build it up from there.”

I've asked 3 times to change my direct debit date and they've informed me this isn't possible but have failed to provide me of a reason why this is.

“I tried 32 times to reset my password but it wont let me and states I have been locked out, I received 4 automated messages saying "how to change your password" which is no help as I cannot change my password because I am locked out. AVOID.”
“Keep away bought a new car told to take out free complimentary insurance as the car is not on there system then when the insurance from the garage where I bought my car from ended they still could not change my insurance so I was told to cancel the policy a charge of £56 for a policy they could not change so you loose out for there system not being updated .how is that fair it stinks.you will not be quoting me happy again that’s forsure”
“I have been trying for hours to get a copy of my car insurance documents without success. There is only on online service which turns out to be no service at all. There is no cust serv contact number. I now believe this company is a con and if i needed to make a claim it would be useless. quote me very very unhappy indeed. I will spead the word, in my work I meet a good cross section of people and they will all be informed of how angry I am at being conned.”
