Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Geeks on Wheels is very good. Very reliable service and gets the job done quickly. It isn't really cheap as chips but kinda affordable. I'm overall happy with the service i recieved.”

“Luke set up my computer with all functions that I requested, and clearly explained how the new computer setup worked. I appreciated that he brought over other functions eg security cameras and computer security. Luke was punctual and he was willing to set the computer up as I expected. His expertise is appreciated.”

“Justin quickly identified that my existing Wi-Fi booster was not revivable after a power spike and he simply installed an unobtrusive TP-link deco Wi-Fi mess network instead, which has wonderful strong Wi-Fi coverage. Thank you Justin. You did spoil the experience a bit though by invoicing an excessive price above retail for the two Wi-Fi devices.”

“Tim Wills, 4/10/23 gave me outstanding customer service. He noticed my unfinished "help" message and immediately rang me to check that I was OK. (This has never happened to me before on any Help Line.) I explained my problem (no Gold Card discount on recent invoices) and he quickly reassured me that my discounts are automatically activated from my account details. He also immediately sent me the Geeks on Wheels Review link after I'd explained that I had real trouble finding it.”

“I used Geeks for many years in the past. This time I used the online referral system which got answered by a person who wanted to talk to me about a money plan (Geek +). I explained I need speed of service and money did not matter in that instance. After 4 days of back/fwds, I left to have my laptop fixed by another company- same day service and was cheaper. Im disappointed by the Geek service and will go elsewhere now. Denise”

“Regan was an amazing young person who knew her job. I appreciated all her help and dedication . I didn’t expect it to take so long and cost more than I wished to spend. I would make sure to check the time if a next time is needed. Otherwise pleased with the service given by Regan.”

“I gave Jessie 5 stars because he successfully completed my new laptop setup in a technically skilled, knowledgeable, professional and respectful manner. He expertly facilitated the off-site transfer of all data/software my from old laptop and he fine-tuned the laptop systems etc to meet my individual needs. It was a pleasure to do business with him.”
