We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Louie did very well with the new iPad. He said he would send me some info about headphones for my tv but I have not heard from him. When can I expect to hear from him about the headphones?”

“Harry installed a new scanner/printer, and briefly explained how to use it. He was on time, clear and polite. I have marked the visit as a 4 rather than a 5 because - as an older person - I would have liked a slightly more hands-on (DIY) instruction tutorial.”

“Val our technician was very helpful and we felt comfortable with him in our home he was respectful and polite😀I was a bit disappointed when I had told the operator that we had a poor internet connection and I asked if the technician would have all the necessary equipment to get us up and running and found in fact he didn’t and had to order in and we had to wait till following week so had to cancel plans of having people over to watch opening of World Cup rugby in the weekend but now we r set up and deco seems to be working well so thanku”

“Service was excellent. I was not expecting to buy a new computer so the cost was unexpected. Some how this evolved into a request for immediate payment. Eventually I paid by Visa which allowed me to manage the cash flow timing and the problem went away.”

“Note to Christoff: The re-set on the TV resulted in loss of sound through the Headphones, not checked at time of the re-set. Follow up visit to deliver new Laptop is scheduled for this week (?) so H- Phones can be checked at that time.”

“They showed rapid understanding of what I wanted done and made fully-explained proposals for the actions they recommended. Two days after the laptop was returned to me it all seems to be working ok. Only the expensive hourly rate stopped me rating the service VG.”

“All praise to Louie he was friendly and efficient however When I rang Geeks on Wheels I mentioned the fact that our PC had been scammed by someone claiming to be from spark. I asked if I should bring my computer into town as we live in Raglan. I queried how much your sevice would cost. I was told 1/12 hours approx. In fact Louie needed to take the PC home to clean it etc. The traveling here twice is an added cost. Could you please quantify. Thank you Elsa Lye”

In terms of how long the appointment would take that was in reference to the spark issue, Louie determined that your computer would also require an SSD upgrade.
