Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Thanks to NOW's partnership with Geeks on Wheels I got an amazing Geeks on Wheels gentleman who sorted my printer/computer + dvd + strange USB issue. Geeks on Wheels you are a fortunate company to have such an obliging, knowledgeable, employee. I trust Kyle will not be offended at my using his name publicly. He was awesome.”

“Lafi sorted both my Malware Smart phone issue and updated my laptop security virus protection within tge hour appointnent. Polite, proffessional and an asset to Geeks on wheels. Appointment secured within day of contact. Highly recommend this company.”

“Fairly successful until had to talk to a Spark person over the phone, which took half an hour to go through the process for connection. The Internet now working much of the time but not always.”

“Geeks contacted me for my laptop's annual health and security check which was done today. A problem that I did not know existed was fixed - my laptop appeared to run ok. Subscribing to Geeks IT services three years was a good decision for my needs. Included in my annual subscription is their online help service and regular broadcast 'Tips'. I also changed to their recommended superior security software.”

“Lafi was at my house today to do routine system checks etc. Great service, very clear communication, explanations and advice. All done with no fuss. Very pleasant person to have in the house. Appreciated the effort Lafi put into getting the speaker wifi working. Thank you”

“Lago was fantastic - very personable and great advice - purchased a stand alone hard drive for back up after listening to his advice! Very skilled and thorough. Polite and accomodating! One issue was in my booking I stated I wanted to connect 2 x monitors to give you time to source for the appointment but didn’t have one upon arrival which was disappointing ? However Lafi gave me options and talked me through the set up process! Just a missed sales opportunity!! Great guy and great representative for your brand!!”

Thank you for all the feedback, I know Lafi will be stoked to hear this, he really does work above and beyond to make sure that everyone he sees is 100% sorted and satisfied! A bit unfortunate that we didn't have all the necessary parts for the monitors, but it can be hard to know what exactly we need without seeing it! But awesome to hear that Lafi still gave you good options and helped you understand how to get them set up!
