About Geeks on Wheels:

Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved. After speaking with my internet provider about relocating my modem as suggested by the technician, she revealed that my modem simply needed a 'clear session' which she did on her end and remarkably improved my wifi service. She said that this coud have been identified by the technician, who might not have been able to reset from my end, but simpy unplugging the tplink booster for 15mins would have done the same. I now don't need to pay hundreds of dollars to relocate the modem, have good internet speed. I appreciate i need to pay for experts time and am happy to do so, but wasn't happy having to pay hundreds of dollars for no resolution.”

“Ryan came to our house to determine why the external hard drive is not recognised by the brand new Sony TV and managed to cure the problem, so we thought at the time. Less than a week later the same problem reoccured. As a result of the on going problem, Geeks on Wheels advised I approach the retailer to submit a warrantee claim which is currently under action. I appreciate the service and response of the geeks on Wheels organisation and can recommend others to their services.”

“Absolutely superb service. Sam came within a few hours of my phone call, diagnosed what seemed to me a complex problem very quickly and fixed it on the spot. Everything was explained clearly so that even I could understand it. I couldn’t have asked for better.”

“Ryan was so understanding and patient with my very limited knowledge of computers and made sure before he left I could access all the things I needed. I am very grateful because I am in the middle of study and taking church services and enjoying zoom calls with my brothers in England and Auckland. Apart from the things I have come to rely on like internet banking and e mails.”

“We have been using Geeks On Wheels now ever since we have had a computer which I think would have been 2007. We are completely satisfied with the work that they do. My wife has bought two laptops of them over the years, which they have serviced and maintain to a very high standard. I Have just moved into my third computer, a new build, and everything is just how I wanted it. We have had Tom for our last two or three visits and we are very pleased with him. He is young very knowledgable and polite. We intend to keep using Geeks On Wheels and have no hesitation recommending them to others. Denis And Mary Thistoll”
