Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Quick and efficient service. I got no where in two days whereas the setup was done in about 40 minutes. Of note, your online survey is not obvious as to which ‘star’ to tick

Kevin who arrived to set up my new home network was incredibly nice to deal with, understood very quickly what my needs were, and did the work very effectively, even pointing out new features with the network I had not been aware of. Full marks!

Really nice technician who explained everything to me(I am not very savvy with computers).Service was wonderful and would have no hesitation at recommending them. I will comment further when he brings my computer back to me with the repaired done.

Rueben was on time, super efficient, knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. He has attended to issues on all 3 of my devices and set things up so that they are more user friendly. They offer a discount for seniors. Highly recommended

I'd made a mess of my iMac's 'innards', well beyond my capacity to sort out the mess. I was impressed with Kevin's determination to find the causes of, and thence solutions to, the problems. I'm grateful for the great job he did.

PeterS came to help me with the slow speed of both my home & work laptops. He identified the router & since replacing it the speed has increased significantly! I trust him to replace the HD in my own laptop which he is currently working on. His knowledge is clearly evident.

As a lay person I turned to Geeks after a friend got my printer to print. Both the printer and Laptop are about 3-4months old seldom used but always worked well as expected when used. My friend who is computer savy came and tested, uninstalled /reinstalled had the printer going., After leaving the printed failed again, hence I called Geeks. Tech arrived did tests and worked away in his silent manner/ A few questions asked were not adequately answered. U/L , D/L test were done and I was informed reading were erratic I showed him where the modem was, 8ft up in a cupboard which he replied shouldnt be there and to ring Spark. I stood and watched and waited and it became obvious my internet (Fibre) wasnt strong enough. He readjusted my Mac. We paid him his $130 and he left. I still didnt get an answer why a system that was set up correctly, working without fault, just stopped. I visited Spark, who didnt want to know about my Modem, so I rang location Chorus. Spoke to a tech who was focused on speed tests, I sent him a photo of the modem location. This was Thursday. I told him could I have a service man which he agreed to. Today is Tuesday, so I rang again. He tested and told be speed test ok, couldnt see my problem but will ring in the morning to see about a service man. I am so frustrated at the seeming lack of knowledge. I felt Geeks couldve given me something solid so I could approach bot Spark and Chorus with confidence, but no, just learnt that my printer and lap top are not working !! Sorry ,, its a 2 from me guys.

While not being able to sort out all my computer issues in the allocated time, Donovan the technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Donovan to anyone.
