The technician said after less than 5 minutes of looking at my 6 year old macbook, that the cost of repair would be $600 to $800 and would only have a few weeks of warranty. The technician advised that as the macbook was old, I should buy a new macbook for about $1800.oo. I followed the technician's advice and bought a new macbook. After a week or so I dropped my old macbook off to Pb tech, they replaced the harddrive and gave a one year warranty and charged $169.oo. I complained to Geeks and received a $145.oo refund for the cost of their service. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money during extremely hard times financially.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Joseph at GOWs. He's calm, friendly, efficient, very patient and is very good at training a non-technical computer user. Always service with a smile, and I felt I could ask any question at all. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Highly efficient service. Technician went beyond the strict call of service. One small down. When booking service I had mentioned there was most likely a modem problem, but the tech did not arrive with a replacement - said he had not been informed of this. However, I was able to sourced a suitable modem/router and he returned in the evening to set up: so very satisfied and all is now working.

We always have the ability to pause an appointment (therefore pausing the cost) and returning with the required equipment if this does come up. However we are glad that everything got sorted out in the end! Greatly appreciate you leaving us this feedback!

We really like using Geeks on Wheels and the service is excellent. It was just disappointing that when we went to use the computer it had a password/passcode on it that we didn’t know so we can’t use the brand new computer that we paid nearly $3000.00 for. We now have to get the tech back and we have busy lives which is a pain.

The service was efficient and thorough. Weonsuk is friendly and a great communicator. He made sure I was able to follow what he was doing and that I understood how to use my computer well before he left.
