Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Just newly retired, I need to do a massive cleanup on my work and home computer. Carlos was amazing! He patiently went down my long list of changing emails, updating passwords, transferring files, setting up my new printer, upgrading my home computer and security etc etc. I am now signed up to a yearly subscription of Geeks on Wheels because I know I have so much to do yet and there will always be help at hand when I need it. Carlos was great to have in our home and we highly recommend him to others.”

“I am so impressed best customer service ever vivek was amazing very patient with our lack of technoligy .he got a guy down from dunedin to help put our big tv on the both just soo know what they r doing.the call centre sere excellent called me back text when vivek wld be there .when i choose to use them was my best decisen i will tell everybody and if i need anything i will only use geek on wheels thankyou margaret”

“So impressed - Contacted Geeks on Wheels as my internet was a disaster and I had an old booster that conected to the main house where I had to sorce the internet. Alex arrived and she sorted it out in no time. She was great, explained everything to me, installed the new devices, added security, checked the running of my computer and also my tv as the intermitent internet also affected it. I cannot say enough about the fantastic service and would highly recommend the company to anyone. Thanks Alex 10/10 - everything you have done is so much appreciated.”

“I'm very satisfied with the service. There were issues after the first visit, however that was to do with the product I purchased some time ago. Ben was the chap I was dealing with and he returned free of charge to install a new modem which is working perfectly. My computers are now fully operating and safe to use. I recommend Ben to fix the multitude of issues that come with operating a computer. A big thanks to the team, particularly Ben for his work”
