Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Rob was great. I was busy and distracted elsewhere and Rob just got on and fixed my computer issues. He also updated and optimised my laptop as well. A very organised and efficient "Geek" Many Thanks Rob!”

“Carlos is an outstanding technician who is very well qualified in his occupation. I learnt much from his technical knowledge.I could easily have gained from 2 hours of his precious time.I certainly will need further technical help in 6 months time I'm sure.So many gifted technicians from the Geeks have moved on to other companies.Here's hoping that Carlos remains with the Geeks so I can call for his assistance in 6 months time.The Geeks should be proud of Carlos's knowledge & people skills”

“We've used Geeks on Wheels for several years and rely on both their phone support and home support. Jared has been able to come to our home in Dunedin many times now with different problems or installations we've required. We trust him and respect his knowledge and skills. He is patient and friendly. He takes time to educate us on little tweaks to make our computing life easier. Your home and phone service is very valuable to us and a very worthwhile expense. “John arrived on time. He listened carefully to the problem Id had and followed a logical sequence to discover the likely problem [the wifi drivers had not been automatically updated on my 3 year old laptop] He proceeded to check other possible contributing factors and gave advice on improving my wifi network. He was very timely and the work was completed in just over an hour. He appears to have succeeded [it is early days!!!] where experts in town had failed . I am very impressed and most grateful. I had wasted hours (including buying a new router) trying to fix this problem. Many thanks!!!”

“Ashvin appeared to be knowledgeable. The job took longer than expected - had to cover 2 days - my system is slow - and cost more than expected but I must admit I am not an IT savvvy person!”
