Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“I was very happy with Weonsuk yesterday. He was extremely thorough and polite. He certainly is a master of his craft. He even restored my old printer here.”

“A great service who delivered me a friendly and competent techie exactly on time. I found Harry O to be willing to engage with my questions and issues immediately and he completed the job to my absolute satisfaction. “Lafi was very polite and professional. In dealing with 2 people who are electronically challenged it was great that he explained things well and in no way did we feel " stupid". That has not been our prior experience with other people who can get impatient for those of us who struggle with the digital electronic world . Lafi had excellent customer service skills ( his response to my observation about previously" feeling stupid" when faced with people being impatient about my electronic illiteracy was along the lines of" he would be out of a job if everyone was skilled and familiar. A very apt reflection. He has written out notes on how to do things and allowed me to practice A delightful young man who is a credit to himself and your company”

“Hands down the best technical service I’ve ever had. The 0800 number was easy to deal with. The technician called first to confirm he was on his way and in less than an hour from my first call I had a technician at my house. I found Jared to be efficient and friendly. I can highly recommend.”

“Amazing service considering I called them 3 days before Christmas and they sent someone within hours, Lafi came to our rescue and fixed some ongoing problems with our wifi and home office devices, he was on time, polite and efficient, He is a Genius on Wheels :) Thanks so much!”
