We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Very successful new relationship. Two new laptops and printer set-up; overdue rationalisation of multiple backups and a range of software issues and related updates. Over three very efficient and well-managed sessions a great launch into a new era for us. Major learnimg curve but expertly guided through it. Chris quickly established full confidence in his knowedge and skill in executing our changeover. The Geeks system builds confidence for a long term relationship.”

“I finally succumbed to your emails regarding wi-fi blackspots (my home office is a long way from the fibre entry-point) and my Geek arrived this morning. It didn't take long to set up and he made sure my printer and heat-pump were working just fine as well. Very happy with the result, and we had a nice chat.”

“WE FOUND THE TECHNICIAN VERY HELPFUL FIXING THE PROBLEMS WE HAD IN NO TIME. WE ALSO ORDERED A PRINTER THROUGH THEM WHICH THEY RETURNED WITH LATER AND INSTALLED IT. IT S AMAZING HOW GETTING THOSE IRRITATING LITTLE THINGS THAT ARE ANNOYING OR NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY CAN MAKE ONE FEEL VERY HAPPY. TY GEEKS”

“Tim was amazing! He explained everything where needed and realised when it was more than I needed to know lol. Tim dealt with Spark and got what I needed ordered. He then made everything ready to go when I finally got internet at the house. Solved my laptop screen issue to!! Great service and advice. Ignore delivery answer!!”

“Firstly I do appreciate the Manager's Approved Service Credit and thank him for it. Vaughan was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Just a pity that it took so long to get PIN issue sorted because at the end of the day the answer was quite simple!”
