Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Great Service from Jarred. Only thing ( that is out of Jarred's control) is your charging times. These appear to be for half hour or an hour. Maybe look at 15 minute times for charge out?.”

“Geeks on Weels where excelent to deal with on the phone and the technician arrived exactly on time. When I need help with my computer set up it is because I am out of my depth. Therefore to have Amandeep come to my house and explain everything and not make me feel stupid is very appreciated.”

“The booking for an IT specialist to attend was so easy and full information provided on costs, what to expect and even a mention of a % off for my Gold Card. JackM was amazing!!! He was clear in his communications re arrival time and from there he did not disappoint! He was utterly professional and patient sorting out my internet provider's issue and left me instructions on what to do pending the provider's required actions to get the internet up and running. JackM left my job open to ensure that all would be/was functioning. A shout out too, to the person on your help desk who came straight back to me when I was inputting my password over and over unsuccessfully due to my impaired vision mistaking a lower case t for an I... Back to JackM - he phoned this morning to check in that all was well. GO GEEKS ON WHEELS!!!! Thank you!”

“Kitt was very helpful and gave me respect and time to discuss my concerns. At my age of 80 this is really important. But I did have to ask when making this appointment for someone who could do that as I had previous less helpful Geek visits. I am glad that Kitt explained about the subscription I now have and that I can seek help without a visit if needs be. I couldn’t work the rating above but I would give GonW a 4 - as it does depend on who comes.”
