Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“I made contact with Geeks on Wheels and within a few days they were out to see me at Summerset at Heritage Park , Mt Wellington. Amandeep explained to me of getting a new laptop. I had previously had my old desk top for some 20 years. I wanted to get away from the all the wires and boxes I had on my deck. I found Amandeep excellent explaning everything to do and could not be happier with my new computer set up.”

“Tim dealt with my initial wifi issue very quickly and offered to assist with any other technical concerns i had. He upgrading my TV using Google chromecast and then trained me how to use it in a way I could understand. Totally recommend Geeks on Wheels”

We do apologize for not arriving on the time arranged, sometimes our staff will get stuck within other jobs, or traffic and can cause delays, but we always aim to arrive as close to the designated time as possible. “Taylor was able to quickly diagnose and fix my printer issues. He is a very knowledgeable technician and explained everything clearly. I like to have the same technician each time my computer needs attention. Hence the reason I have not given 5 stars is because there is a chance that next time I will have a different technician.”

Hi Peter. Thank you for the feedback on our service. We train all our staff and ensure that their knowledge is up to date, but unfortunately, not every piece of information can be memorized and taught, and even the most trained technicians will run into problems that they have not encountered before. We will endeavor to get more training to Dunedin to ensure their knowledge is up to date, however, so that we know that they know everything they should for Apple products.
