About Geeks on Wheels:

Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have spent over two decades assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of tech repair, malware removal and everything in between, so you can enjoy your laptop, computer, smart TV, Wi-Fi network and other technology, exactly as you are meant to.

“We lost our internet connection and arranged for Geeks on Wheels to come and fix the problem. Rein arrived, took one look at everything, restored the connection and made sure that Netflix and Youtube were working again, all in a very professional and friendly manner. Excellent service.”

Oh dear. That is so disappointing to hear! We are much more used to our customers feeling our service was good value for money. There is something we obviously need to put right here so we'd love to speak to you to better understand your experience. “All good. All Phone correspondence and communication was great. Turned up on time. Gave me good options for moving forward. Only issue would be the time and money over the hour due to the computer doing a memory test. If this is started in that first hour, there should be some dialogue about the extra cost during this time. I could have done that test myself again, as I said I had done one already, and not gone over the inital hour.”
