John Paul is an excellent ambassador for Geek Computers. He is very friendly kindly and explained the pros and cons of a particular course of action. In our case, he said the cost of an item for $500 was not good value in our situation and suggested a simple solution of pulling out a cable which gave access to the internet. We were trying to stop unlimited and late use of the internet

I booked GOW to No 1 job stop screen on TV freezing. I aksed for an electrician. No 2 job was to set my pass words on Lenovo for bank The laptop needed attn from earlhy in the morning discussed when he arrived. I asked him if he was an electrician and he said he was a technician. I had particularly asked for a electrician. Dan did not touch the TV as all he talked the hind legs off a donkey and was very nice but didn't do anything for the TV. He sat on the couch and I asked why and he said he was waiting for the TV to freeze. TV did not freeze like that,. always in the evening and I turned off the plus from the wall and on the computer as well waited then reconnected. It was freezing more frequently in the last month. After he reset words on laptop, I couldn't get on line so rang the Bank,they helped me excellent service, new passwords. What are docos , I don't have aps. He can say what he likes the fact remains he did nothing to fix the issue and he never touched the TV at all. He did nothing. I am not well pleased . I f he was satisfied with his work, he has a very low standard , unsatisfactory work ethic. I want someone who knows what they are doing. Angela AH

Hi Angela, sorry to hear about you're experience. We're listening back to the booking calls to try and workout what went wrong when it comes to the communication about wanting an electrician. We're surprised to hear that you were expecting an electrician, because that's not what we do. I can also see that the appointment was already discounted right down to the minimum to cover the cost of us servicing your computer only. So don't worry, you didn't pay anything for the time our Geek was onsite looking at your TV, and this appears to have been dealt with at the time.

The two technicians who called in answer to my problems were sympathetic to my very limited knowledge, and their explanations and advice were in terms I could understand, Very good value. Jeff Beaumont

Sanju arrived on time and provided an excellent service. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable with asking questions. This is my first experience with Geeks On Wheels and if I need IT help again they will be my first choice.

Sam was right on time and sorted a number of issues very efficiently. Supplied wife with new computer and set it up. Explained what he was doing as he went. Excellent service.

andy was my techniian . he arrived on time and completed the tasks. my system was to be temporary relocated due to reconstruction on site. i had arrangd for him to retun and reset the computer etc when the work was completed. unfortunately wthcovid 19 lockdown this work will not b completed until early june. lanterninsurance has appoved the restoration of my sytems when they have completed the job. i hope that andy wil return to complete the task.

Dexter visited my home & tried to resolve the problem of my lack of wifi connection by contacting Vodafone then & there. Because of Lockdown Dexter had to inform me that nothing further could be done at that time. Since then the Vodafone case manager arranged for their technician to visit my house & when he did Wifi was restored. / Kind regards, hilda
