Excellent performance generally except Harry didnt initialjy make it clear that data transfer would be done offsite, thus leaving me without computer and internet for 4 to 5 days. Also when he left he probaaly inadvertantly left my modem disconnected

Businesses like, using the hour well for client, identifying additional device needs, although costly if too much emphasis on client buying additional devices or functions

Hi Ryan is always friendly, obliging & efficient. Yesterday he worked on the computer photos. I was in Kaikoura for the weekend & was able to send a couple of Whale Watch photos yesterday. Unfortunately doesn't work today through share/email. Daphne

Very happy with Glen's knowledge and expertise as he was able to sort out a few problems on my computer and explain what was happening. I have answered your question about rating your company with a 4 - couldn't do a 5 as that would mean you were perfect and no-one is perfect!

Disappointed didn't have Q Mastercard and had to wait longer than stated which didn't really matter Perhaps very busy Andrew very helpful and efficient

Paul was extremely helpful and explained in sufficient detail several options for me to consider regarding upgrading my laptop. He was also helpful in explainingquite a few details which I would have struggled to find on my own. However, once I started using the new laptop, it appears that I have 2 different sets of documents transferred across from the older laptop and I'ms still finding it a bit challenging to know which folder to access for the newest versions of the documents

Satisfactory Job, well done. I appreciated the teaching approach and the willingness to sort out email on the old computer with our Microsoft technician. Only glitch is that you have my surname incorrect. It is Bickers not Vickers. Spelt with a B not a.V. Please amend your database thank you.

They answered my phone call promptly and fixed my computer with an upgrade. My MacMini starts up in just 26 seconds now.

Thank you for sending Val out to see me today. I had a new computer set up for me by Geeks on Wheels in Feb 2020 and shortly after the technician left I notice that all my photos had not been copied over; I could not send emails from my i phone; my outlook contacts had not been copied over; I could not open MYOB on my old computer anymore - these were issues relating to the setup of my new computer in Feb and that is what I asked Val to fix today. I believe these should have been tested and checked by your technician in Feb and that is why I was disappointed with having to pay again today. Thank you.
