We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Fantastic service. Technician Jim's problem solving skills and persistence provided has my business with a solution that was tricky to set up. I have used Geeks for many years and I can't fault the level of friendly professional help from the front desk phone answering to technical assistance. Keep it up: 10 / 5 rating!!!”

“I had a very fast response to my urgent problem. Although the problem seemed to have self resolved Chris K carefully checked everything that may have caused it and also helped me with some other issues during the time he was with me. it's good to know that a responsive service is available when needed.”

“Amazing service, Vivek was incredibly helpful and patience with my 94 year old mother-in-law. We has spent 3 hours trying to get her iPad working with her Apple ID etc... to no avail, should have given up way earlier but finally saw sense and phoned Geeks on Wheels and they arrived with 2 hours to save the day. Thank you!,,”

“We were recommended this business by a colleague and we also experienced very good service. Our job was interrupted due to another, related fault, and our technician was able to help us sort that problem and then come back on Saturday morning and complete the work.”

“Extremely fast response and Tom was brilliant. He ended up fixing several things for me because we had a half hour still left after the issue I had initially called about was fixed. Very knowledgeable and helpful - absolutely worth it!”

“Chance was a pleasant and competent young serviceman. He wa able to quickly understand the needs of an old man 82 and provide exactly the servicee I required. i would be very happy to employ him should I have future needs in solving computer problems. A very pleasant experience”
