“I've bought three low beds from Get Laid Beds. We are all very happy with them. They look beautiful in our loft bedrooms. One admonition, if you are not sure about the mattress, either order elsewhere or do NOT open the bag the mattress is packed in as they have a strict no returns policy (which I do get why... but is not the same with all mattress companies). Otherwise, we are very happy with the bed frames themselves.”

“The bed is well-made, looks good and was delivered on the date said. The only negative was the website design - it recalculates prices with each option selected but at the same time lost previous choices. So I had to go through process twice and still ended up with the incorrect delivery method.”

“Only had the bed about a week but so far I'm in love. Gorgeous design, really sturdy and it was pretty fun putting it together myself. Made the whole room smell of wood which was a delight! My only negative is that the instructions for larger beds are greyed out so I missed the part where I was meant to add 'biscuits' between the two headboard slats to anchor them together. I don't get the feeling it'll make that much difference but I might attempt to disassemble and reassemble at some point in the future, to get them added! Easy to order, good communication/updates and I love that you can customise the legs and stain. Would gladly buy from here again.”

“The bed itself is fantastic quality and a really beautiful colour. I have removed a star for the poor communication from the company. We requested a specific delivery date and even checked in before to make sure the delivery date was still on track. My partner had to take a day off work only to be told at 3.20pm on the day that the bed was going to be delivered two days later. Very frustrating, and could easily have been avoided with better communication.”

“Ire ently purchased a bed from Get Laid. I had purchased from the European site as opposed to the UK site , subsequntly my mattress did not fit The customer support and service I received was outstanding. I could order a new bed at sale price and be refunded for my old on receipt of it back to them. I would recommend this company to anyone on the strength of this service.”

“We were kept informed through the whole manufacturing process. The bed arrived on time & well packaged. All parts were present. The instructions were easy to understand. The bed went together smoothly. We chose cinnamon, great choice. Even though once the mattress went on you couldn’t see the gorgeous bed underneath.”

“We visited the factory to see the beds in the showroom. We had the place to ourselves and were able to see the quality of the beds and the colours of wood available with our own eyes. We were kept updated with the progress of the building of our bed which arrived on the day planned. The bed is of very high quality. We were not disappointed.”

“We finally found the bed frame we were looking for a long time. It’s king size low oriental bed finished with grey washed colour. The quality is really good. The components fits very tight. Only thing I didn’t like was 3 out of 10 slats. They’ve had very rough patches and the timber was chipped off on them. So I’ve had to sand them down to make sure they won’t damage the mattress. Other than that we both love the bed frame.”

“Product was great- good quality and looks excellent Easy to order. Good customer service when needed. Paid extra for delivery as needed to know window it would arrive in- we received the initial text with 2 hr window but then no phone call, no live tracking, no further text as per information given. I have a baby and we don’t yet live in the house so I was relying on this. Delivery men from GLB didn’t seem to know anything about it. They were good natured about me not being there on time as a result though and were careful with the delivery.”

“Get Laid Beds to the rescue! After a nightmare experience with another company, where we were left sleeping on an air mattress on the floor for two months, Get Laid Beds came to the rescue, making and delivering our first bed within two weeks of placing the order. It is surprisingly difficult to find a well-made wooden bed frame with the option of underbed storage drawers that roll out. Get Laid Beds' London bed is priced very reasonably considering the quality of the construction. We spent an evening after work building it all and were delighted with the result. Thank you guys for providing the first major piece of furniture in our first house!”

“Found them really easy to order from. Had a query, called in and spoke to someoneon the phone and placed order accordingly. You might not think this is a biggy but i also but another bed from DUSK at the same time. Still waiting on the other bed and cant get hold of them to discuss. Held for ages twice now and nothing! The bed itself is beautifully made and my son iss overjoyed with it/”

“The beds are excellent but I’ve still not had all of it delivered. FedEx delivered 5 of 6 boxes on Thursday and nothing since. Set a day a side to build both beds and only completed one. One happy and one disappointed child. No contact from GetLaid beds or FedEx to resolve it”
