“Thank you for delivering the bed as arranged. But the instructions and screws were not enclosed, I had to go and buy them.it would be better if this had been checked”

“Very helpful on the phone when discussing options and delivery times. Delivered exactly when they said it would be and assembled quickly in our room of choice. All in all good customer service and l am happy to have a fantastic quality, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and solid bed which was made in the UK.”

“I’ve had my bed a couple of years - it’s very comfortable and looks good. I had a bit of a struggle finding the right size mattress protector/sheets for an unconventional size mattress, but have now bought your own brand (as I should have done to begin with) and they’re excellent. One small issue - when we bought our bed your home assembly service wasn’t available in Scotland, so we had to assemble the bed ourselves. It’s hard work, specially for a couple of pensioners! Good if you could extend this service to Scotland.”

“Very easy process from order to delivery, with a date set at purchase. The build was relatively easy, and I felt the instructions were clear and screws packaged well. It was helpful receiving the order in multiple boxes also as it made it easier to store before we were able to build. The bed looks great, feels really sturdy, and I'm pleased that I opted for Get Laid to purchase from!”

“Bed arrived with no screws or instructions, having taken a day off work to receive the delivery and build it. Customer service not very apologetic or helpful, advised I could go and buy some myself and they'd refund up to £10, something that rang alarm bells as it clearly happens regularly. Screws arrived a whole week later (!), still without instructions which I printed off myself. Bed was very difficult to build from the instructions that were not clear, the screw holes were only marked not drilled which made it more difficult. It creaks a lot. Wishing I had just bought a bed from John Lewis to be honest.”

“This is a beautiful and sturdy bed. I would highly recommend GetLaidBeds for solid constrution and comfort along with the fact that they are a more healthy bed for the customer in terms of the materials used. Great for sustainability as its made in The Uk and use of minimal packaging. All round I'm delighted! Thankyou Get Laid Beds :)”

“Good experience from start to finish. We visited the showroom in Leicester prior to choosing our bed and received excellent help from the team. We then ordered the Oxford Bed and luxury mattress online and benefited from the sale price. Bed and mattress delivered as promised on the selected day (we were given a delivery window the day before of 6.30am-8.30am). Team arrived at 8.30am and carried bed and mattress to first floor bedroom, constructed the bed and were done by 9.00am. They do not take the plastic covering off the mattress (health & safety) but take away all other packaging - leaving behind construction advice and spare set of screws in case you need to dismantle bed when moving house). Very happy with the service. Bed is excellent quality and mattress extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“For the bed itself 10/10. Solid bed. Love the fact it is UK made and not shipped across the world. Customer service is great. Minimum plastic in the packaging too. For the instructions 6/10. Please do an online tutorial on YouTube for each model.”

“The staff in customer service are nice to deal with. Sadly, the product quality and speed and ability to resolve problems make a purchase from here needing consideration. I was sent two faulty beds and the delivery time is fairly slow. There were missing items, damaged items and incorrectly machined parts. There is a fairly involved assembly progress. Compensation for faults was not consistent with issues that needing fixing. Delivery guys were good and polite. Would probably get better value spending elsewhere. Wouldn’t use them again.”
