“I'm really pleased with my purchase of the London wooden bed and mattress. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very easy. I also had excellent help from customer services when I had a query when putting the bed together. I really like the fact the beds are made to order in the UK and not shipped in from abroad. This is my second purchase from this company. The original bed I ordered is still in excellent condition.”

“Very happy with the quality. Arrived on time and easy to put together. There are cheaper bed bases out there, but if you want something well made and that looks good, I would recommend this company.”

“Bed was assembly instruction was terrible. The pallets for the head and back board were labeled incorrectly which involved having to dissasemble the unit half way through construction.”

“Ordering and delivery process and communication was great. Bed looks brilliant and seems very solid so far. Instructions fir assembly could have been much clearer, we had to unscrew and rebuild the headboard at one point which was very frustrating, hence not 5 stars”

“I won’t buy bed from this company anymore. Bed quality okay but delivery was awful. Left bed in middle of the room without being assembles because they were “late to go back home” (They finish at 4pm). Rude!”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately when the team arrived your old bed was still occupying the room of choice. The team are unable to disassemble your old furniture, the room needs be clear for them to assemble your new bed. They were unable to wait any longer for you to disassemble the old furniture as this would delay all other customers on their delivery route and, due to the nature of their role, the team have strict driving hours. The decision was made to deliver the partly assembled bed and issue you a refund for the assembly service which was unable to take place at the time due to the rooms condition. We are very sorry that this did not meet your expectations and your comments have been passed to the Transport Manager for review. Kind Regards, The Escalations Team

All bed components are made to order, and the earliest possible timeframe for the reproduction and delivery of the legs is 6 full business days including a full day for dispatch and delivery. “Delivery communication was provided well in advance, which kept us informed of date and time. The bed was delivered on time by friendly FedEx staff. The bed came in three boxes, so it was easy for me to carry to the bedroom. All the material was supplied with screws and washers provided for a double bed. The instructions could have been slightly clearer in my opinion and could have highlighted a bit better, the issue of the spacers between the top headboards. I would strongly suggest that you need a electric screw driver as some of the screws are long and quite tight to put in and would be extremly hard work with a normal hand operated screwdriver. Bed looks great and over all an easy (for me) project to complete.”

“Service is excellent and the bed is gorgeous. Perfect ! The instructions however could have been a lot clearer. They were quite confusing. Had to call and ask a question which was answered clearly quickly so customer service is excellent. The different prices were not clearly labelled in the box so it was a bit of a mission working out what went where. I think this could have been made easy by labeling them like tent legs. Using part a, part b ext…. Other than that I love it and would highly recommend. 5 stars”

“Everything about the process of choosing and getting the bed was perfect. Quck communication, clear details, friendly responses. Finding someone to adapt a bed to suit our specific request was important and we will definitely used Get Laid Beds again. The bed was delivered when they said, and the quality is great.”
