“If you need to buy a bed this is the place to buy it from, the quality and the craftsmanship is absolutely superb also the after sales service is second to none if there were more firms like this on the internet there wouldn’t be a problem Kevin”

“Fantastic service! We selected the delivery with setup. The guys were precisely on time. They were polite, quick tidy and efficient. The bed is great perfect fit and very sturdy. Will definitely use GLB again.”

“Solid and very strong construction with top quality hardwood and excellent design and finish. We chose the White Knight space saver with rounded legs and two storage drawers in white. Delivery options very flexible to suit the customer's needs. We wanted to have the bed frame a week earlier to construct it before we took delivery of new mattress. Definitely would have given 5 stars but for a small issue with the central support counter-sunk screw holes being drilled on the wrong side which did not match with the printed instructions. Easily remedied by my partner, who has some carpentry knowledge. Very pleased with your company and would have no hesitation in recommending Get Laid Beds.”

“I bought the Oxford bed in a superking size with coffee bean stain. It was very easy to assemble and is solid and strong. The customer service was excellent - so friendly on the phone and nothing was too much trouble. My bedroom is now a place of tranquility and peace and I am sleeping better than I have for a long time! My cats love it too!!”

“We're big fans of Getlaidbeds in our house. We've used their beds in our master bedroom and guest bedroom. The beds are well made and easy to assemble. Love the range of colours and customisation available.”

“Once assembled the underbed storage boxes were a great looking product which complemented the matching bed and bedside tables I purchased from you last year. However, you really need to look at your self assembly and accompanying instructions. There was no indication online of the degree of construction required. The instructions were also very difficult to decipher and plain wrong on step 3 where you repeated the instructions for fitting the front together when you meant to explain that you should follow a similar approach to the back. Your description of how to fit the slats in was also incomplete. None of this is what I'd expect for a supposed premium product about which you make a great fuss on your website being handmade to order. You still get 3 stars because I am pleased with the final product though.”

“Order at your peril. Delayed delivery followed by receipt of damaged goods. If a bed is packaged in ‘1 of 3’ boxes, all 3 boxes should be sent at the same time to fulfil the order.”

All 3 boxes were collected from us all together but somehow one was split to a different depot while in transit with the courier. We acknowledge that this has not met your expectations, and we deeply regret any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. You have since requested to return your bed frame for a full refund. This has been arranged and the refund will be processed as soon as it has been confirmed as returned. “I'm now told my bed needs power tools to put together. In the meantime I worked for 10 hours to attempt to build it. It's impossible to turn the screws all the way in. It's a mess. I'm so angry and let down.”

“It was second bed we purchased from here and it’s best quality in UK. If you want durable bed, don’t look any further. First bed we purchased 6 years ago, we have moved house recently and it’s still like new after dismantling and assembling again! So very highly recommended”
