“Bed was delivered when stated and is very sturdy. The men that built it were not that friendly, get in and out with little interaction.”

“Customer service is great - lots of communication and they’re easy to get a hold of with questions. Delivery from the UK to California was quick! The bed is well made and smells like real wood, but it does have a glaring design flaw that bothers me. The lip of the bed is flush with the support slays such that the mattress just sits on top, but this leads to seeing the unsightly support slays in the corners (see photos).”
