“Communication with company was easy and smooth, however screws supplied to make the bed with with of very poor quality and hadn't been made properly (phillips head casting was defective). Moving forward, equity checks need to made across all parts.”

“Great bed, sturdy and looks fantastic. However a couple of downsides, didn’t receive a confirmation email and not enough washers provided for screws. But overall very good. Love chat is also very poor”

“Smooth delivery, and great quality beds. Whilst we really liked the bed, we were disappointed with the customer service. We were told by staff that it’s easy to put the super king ottoman bed together, turned out that instructions are minimal and unclear which made putting it together a bit of a nightmare. We’ve expected more, especially for the price we paid. Beyond that, very happy with the bed!”

“Short lead time with great delivery service. However, the wooden slats were quite 'rough' so I needed to lightly sand them before putting the bed together. Otherwise, I feared they may snag the mattress.”

“Really good bed, very pleased with it. I would of given 5 stars however some of the holes for the screws were not drilled so I had to go over them myself before assembling.”

“Happy with my new bed and the service from Get Laid Beds. Unfortunately, the bed-assembly option was not available in my area (London!) so I had to put it together myself. I managed to do it on my own, but it was not an easy task for one person. I felt like some additional guidelines/markers on the wood could have been helpful. And, it's really a 2-person job.”

“Sturdy bed. Looks good. Order process efficient and delivered as promised. Recommend obtaining samples to check colour, samples arrived promptly. Instructions to construct from flat pack fine until dealing with slats. Guidance on correct spacing would be useful so that it's done correctly. Would recommend this company.”

“The bed looks great and feels sturdy. I had a difficult time choosing the colour and although I think I went for the right colour in the end I think having more pictures of the bed in different situations would be useful. Customer service was quite responsive but couldn't give me a time period for my delivery which was frustrating as I had to make sure I was home between 7am and 9pm.”

“I have previously bought two beds from Get Laid Beds and have been happy with the purchases. However, I had to rely on a friend to wait in for the latest order. She spent half a day waiting for the bed to arrive and only 2 packages were delivered. She had to come back the next day and waited 1.5 hours for the third package. Not only was it a waste of her time but I was left putting the bed together the night before it was needed for guests instead of two days before. It's really disappointing. The beds are really solid but I should not be charged for such a poor delivery service.”

“Love the bed, feels very solid. Building it was Ok, but a little more frustrating than it needed to be because one of the instruction pages is wrong (figure 4 on the bed shows the screws going in from the back of the headboard rails for the base cross beams rather than the front.) The long beam also had a support for the ottoman base on the inside at the headboard end that needed a little trimming too. Support were really good at helping me and I am really happy with the finished bed. Feels very solid.”

“Love my new bed and mattress. Delighted that I paid for the white glove assembly - worth every penny as team constructed bed in record time and were polite and professional whilst doing. They spotted that 3 of the drawers were not good enough and took them away to be replaced - if I had been assembling myself, doubt I would have noticed. Looking forward to receiving replacement drawers, will then be a 5-star experience.”

“My second Oxford bed from Get laid and I think they are amazing. My only criticism was on the instructions and the use of biscuits, which is in super small font, which has led to a slightly annoying gap in the headboard and one that creaks.”

“Lovely bed, great quality delivered on time. It was quite hard to put together definitely need 2 people a mallet and a power drill. If you can go for the put together for you option!”
