“Very pleased with the space saving design and the wood was a nicer finish than expected. Some of the screws were very hard to get in with a hand screwdriver but I managed it eventually. The instructions could also be a little clearer, especially for the slats, although it's fairly obvious what needs to be done. Mattress is very comfortable and all in all, a good purchase.”

“I think the product (Low Fuji attic bed) is excellent quality and should last for years to come, and I am very happy with it. However I built it myself and the instructions were very confusing. The list of contents on the paper instructions did not match what I had been sent, also the 3D image on the website did not match what I was supposed to build. I got there in the end with customer service who were great, but they really should include instructions on the website that exactly match the product ordered - it would have saved me a lot of time!”

“Exactly as expected. Very solid. Went together with ease. It is a two man job and a powered screwdriver is definitely an advantage. The only reason I didn't give it the last star was because I would have liked one more base slat.”

“I'm rating this bed as a 4. We assembled the bed ourselves which was relatively simple if we'd thrown out the instructions to start with. Some of the parts are labelled by hand, so poorly written we couldn't read the letters that link to the instructions, so we just worked it out for ourselves. Good quality bed though, solid wood, very strong and comfortable so we are happy with it.”

“The process of order and delivery was very straight forward. Those delivering were great, pleasant and friendly. My only qualm was that I ordered the white glove service, however it was only upon delivery that I was told white glove was not available on this bed for part assembly, I wish this would have been clear when purchasing as I would not have selected this option.”

“The bed and mattress are good quality and arrived on time. The delivery operatives were friendly, however, in their haste to deliver quickly, one of them tried to carry too much up the stairs in one journey and knocked two pieces of plaster from the corner of the pillar at the base of the stairs - the staircase had just been decorated a month ago.”

“Love the bed, but arrived without screws and instructions, I called and they refunded £10 for me to get screws and e-mailed instructions although it turned out he didn’t need them as it’s really straight forward, good quality bed”

“Good product but the assembly instructions and accompanying pictures should be clearer. Twice I had to unscrew parts to turn them around because the instructions didn't specify which way was up, and that particular detail wasn't visible on the drawings.”

“Decent quality bed easy to assemble and delivered on time, my only complaint was the courier, who left the flatpack outside in the rain refusing to help my wife lift it inside the front door. The pack was quite heavy and awkward and being small and not very strong my wife who was at home alone struggled to move it indoors a distance of 3 metres and up 2 steps. The courier excused himself with, not my job, maybe not, but 2 minutes of help would have gone a long way. Cant fault the bed though well made and looks good.”

“Excellent product and delivery - a very good quality product with no obvious defects. The only gripe I have is that their instruction booklets need some serious attention, this could be a five-star product were it not for the poorly worded/designed booklet. Everything else was really impressive, so it's a shame this one area isn't to the same standard.”

“Efficient delivery and a good quality bed! Was disappointed that despite it being an option on the website there isn't any weekend delivery – it meant that I needed to order for several weeks ahead so that I could find a day to work from home. As I was unable to guarantee parking I opted to assemble the bed myself – although it was technically possible without an electric screwdriver I wouldn't recommend it as it was extremely challenging! Now that the bed is together though it looks great.”

“Delivery was smooth and arrived as expected. Assembly was OK - two of us. I didnt read the instructions carefully and didn't put the biscuits in so had to undo it all completely - my fault. So it took about two hours - would have been one without the mistake. I had to drop a star because the was a bit of slight damage to it but not enough for me to be bothered to wait for a replacement bit.”

“Bought 2 mattresses. They are really comfortable to sleep on. Customer service in the showroom and on the phone was amazing. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend the mattresses. The Delivery Team was however disappointing . I thought the price for just delivering a mattress was too expensive- this was made worse with delivery men not wearing overshoes or taking their shoes off and soiling my new beige carpet on the stairs.”

“Really lovely ottoman storage bed that fits exactly under the eaves, so pleased to have found it. Storage is great, and we are very happy with the bed so far. It was delivered on time (despite some messing about with times early in the morning) by a lovely team. We opted for white-glove assembly, and this is where the 5th star is lost. Nothing is labelled - screws, bed parts, etc, so, for example, you have to measure the screws to make sure you're using the right ones. There are lots of extras, including some random bits that really worried us in case we missed something. The instructions for the bed are poor. The picture shows 3 'biscuits' for each slat, so that's what I did, but then why provide SO many more? I wish I had put more in, but I was trying to follow instructions. It would have been helpful if the instructions actually said how many to include. It would also be helpful if it said what tools you will need to assemble the bed. We had to keep stopping and going to get something else. We also had difficulty attaching the gas strut bracket onto the batten. The bracket was too wide for the batten, and the pre-drilled holes were incorrectly placed too close to the inside. I had to speak to 4 different people on 4 different occasions over the course of a week to get this sorted. Everyone was very friendly, but twice someone said they would call me back and didn't. In the end, we were told to just screw on the bracket even though it would overhang a bit, so hopefully it's ok. It would be so much easier if they put up a video on YouTube! In the end, we're happy with the bed, but the instructions really need some work.”
