Prenotato un transfer a/r da Charles de Gaulle a Parigi centro, 14 persone di cui 4 bambini ( quindi richiesti pure i seggiolini ). Il nostro volo all'andata è in ritardo di 2 ore, informiamo subito l'autista, che nonostante avesse 4 ore di preavviso ci informa che dobbiamo pagare 60 euro di supplemento ( pazzesco, uno prenota il transfer fornendo i dati dei voli....). Provo a chiamare l'assistenza Gettransfer....nulla assoluto... all'arrivo abbiamo pure dovuto aspettarlo noi e chiamarlo, altro che cartello di benvenuto,nel taxi non erano presenti i seggiolini, bambini ( di 2 e 4 anni ) in braccio in barba alla sicurezza ...alla fine essendo tardi paghiamo senza far troppe storie, e ci mettiamo d'accordo per farci venire a prendere alle 17 il giorno del rientro. Un'ora prima dell'ora ci arriva un messaggio dicendoci che il taxi sarebbe stato in ritardo di 30 minuti; proviamo a chiamare e ci viene sempre messo giù; chiamiamo l'assistenza che finalmente risponde e ci dice che ci avrebbe richiamati in 2 minuti....più sentito nessuno. Aspettiamo le 17.30 con un po' d'ansia quindi non vedendolo arrivare scriviamo ancora e finalmente ci risponde che avrebbe avuto altri 30 minuti di ritardo, quindi arrivo alle 18 per un volo alle 19.25 e circa 40 minuti di viaggio, rischio altissimo di perdere l'aereo...panico totale ma sempre menefreghismo assoluto del tassista ( già pagato ) e da parte di gettransfer. Alla fine arriva alle 18 e sfreccia per Parigi a velocità assurde e sempre facendoci tenere i bambini in braccio...inutile che dica quanto fosse pericoloso. Arriviamo in aerporto e corriamo al desk, arriviamo 5 minuti prima della chiusura del check in e alla final call dell'imbarco. Alla faccia del pagare un servizio transfer per la comodità e non aver problemi. MAI PIU GETTRANSFER!!!!!!!! Ah chicca finale, alle mie rimostranze non hanno mai risposto...magari qui per fare la figura chiederanno il numero di prenotazione per investigare.....

Пользовалась услугами этой компании несколько раз, и каждый раз оставалась довольна их обслуживанием и поэтому решила написать небольшой отзыв про эту компанию. Привлекла меня эта компания тем что, бронировать автомобиль на сайте компании очень просто и удобно, а также там что у них цены за услуги не высокие по сравнению с аналогичными компаниями. На прошлой неделе летели в Ереван, чтобы посмотреть город и отдохнуть там. Летела я с мужем и детьми. Чтобы не переплачивать местным таксистам, я за день до вылета опять же забронировала автомобиль на сайте компании. Указала дату прилета, указала количество пассажиров, выбрала автомобиль.Оформили мою заявку быстро. На этот раз водитель прибыл в аэропорт встречать нас где-то на 5 минут позже того времени, что я указывала. Но он связался со мной по телефону и сообщил что опоздает из — за ремонта дороги. Автомобиль наш бал новый и чистый. Имел кондиционер и все удобства для комфортной поездки. Водитель вежливый, приятный человек. Довез он нас до отеля "Ширак". И на этот раз осталась довольна обслуживанием данного сервиса.

Пользуюсь услугами этого сервиса впервые. Обслужил меня сервис неплохо и поэтому я решил оставить небольшой отзыв. Пользовался я услугами этой компании когда летел в Москву. Бронировал автомобиль на сайте компании. Сайт сам неплохой, в нем легко разобраться. Указал дату и время прилета в аэропорт Домодедово. Заказанный мной автомобиль прибыл в аэропорт с задержкой в пять минут. Но водитель позвонил мне и оповестил меня о задержке из - за пробок в городе. Автомобиль был чистый, новый. Водитель приятный человек. Помог мне с багажом. Довез он меня до хостела " Винегрет ".

Уже второй раз пользуюсь услугами компании GetTransfer. Первый раз заказывали трансфер из аэропорта до гостиницы, когда была проездом в Таиланде, а во второй раз мы арендовали микроавтобус для наших гостей,которые приехали из Франции и очень хотели увидеть наши достопримечательности. Забронировали на сайте компании. В основном всем довольны, спасибо))

I booked for a SUV big car and a small car was given at the London airport and could not take our luggages . We sacrificed the front seat for a luggage space .The driver could not explain . When I return back to Singapore I was charged in Russian currency and I lost a big exchange rate as compared to sterling pound which was in my printed copy . When I get in touch with gettransfer they said it was a platform they use and there is no way to change it !! My last time using this company !

Данную компанию мне посоветовал мой знакомый. Пользовался их услугами раза три, понравилось, что авто приходит без опоздания. Приемлемые цены на услуги. Хорошо пользоваться людям, который впервые прилетают в страну и не зная языка, не могут добраться до гостиницы, а заказывать такси очень дорого. Данная компания предоставляет услуги перевозки по приемлемым ценам. Рекомендую!

I have already used the services of GetTransfer several times when I was vacationing in Cyprus. I always order a transfer service through the official website of the company, I usually do it in a day, and here you can also choose a suitable car for the trip. The car always arrives at a clearly appointed time, the driver greets you kindly near the airport, the cabin is perfectly clean. The service of the company is completely satisfied and the cost is low.

Пару раз пользовалась я услугами этой компании. В последний раз пользовалась их услугами в Турции, для того чтобы добраться из аэропорта в отель. Не воспользовалась услугами местных таксистов потому что они берут плату намного дороже чем данная компания. Единственный небольшой минус, это то что бронировать автомобиль необходимо минимум ха день до отъезда. Бронировала я автомобиль на сайте компании. Сайт компании очень удобный. Ввела нужный мне маршрут, выбрала автомобиль, указала дату и на сайте же отобразилась цена которую я должна платить за услугу. Цена меня вполне устраивала и я согласилась. И в указанное мной время в аэропорту Ататюрка в Стамбуле меня ждал автомобиль и водитель. Автомобиль был новый, и чистый. Имел кондиционер, мониторы на спинках передних сидений и всё необходимое для комфорта пассажира. Водитель вежливый, приятный человек. Довез он меня до отеля Santa Sophia. Помог мне с багажом. Осталась довольна услугами данной компании.

We reserved a ride from hotel to Prague airport on May 27, 2019 10am. We four people stranded right outside the hotel since 9:50. The driver had no show at all until 10:25. We had sent three emails to the driver and to the gettransfer.com during this period of time but neither had no response. The situation made us really concerned because there were not many taxi cars on the street and the hotel office was 11 min away by walking. We four people with four pairs of eyes searched over the street carefully but not see their car until 10:25. We had taken a taxi from the street finally. Afterward. The gettransfer.com said that the driver was there at 10:20 not not seen us at all. Therefore we only got 40% refund. We would tell people better not use their service in the future because it is so not reliable and not be on time at all plus the driver was incapable to find clients even right at the address! It was an easy money for the driver to make as long as the driver just be there even late and just claim he didn't see the clients then 60% money would be in the pocket:). Overall gettranafer.com is very unfair and unprofessional and unreliable business. Don't jump in.

We have thoroughly reviewed the case and it was confirmed that the carrier had proactively tried to reach you via the mobile phone from the pick-up spot; however, their calls were rejected. Thus, the decision was to split the money. I am deeply sorry about the inconvenience that was caused by this, but we also cannot refuse compensation to conscientious carriers who put time and effort into providing the service.

Могу сказать, что лучшей организации трансфера я еще не встречала, а толк в этом я знаю точно. Многие компании не обеспечивали и половину того сервиса, который мы ощутили на себе в компании GetTransfer. Машину мы бронировали за пару суток до прибытия в Турцию и все было в полном порядке. Водитель не задержался, а был вовремя, приехал на чистой и ухоженной машине с кондиционером. Я очень довольна осталась. Спасибо большое за такое качество. №359874

Многие компании не обеспечивали и половину того сервиса, который мы ощутили на себе в компании GetTransfer. Машину мы бронировали за пару суток до прибытия в Турцию и все было в полном порядке. Водитель не задержался, а был вовремя, приехал на чистой и ухоженной машине с кондиционером. Я очень довольна осталась. Спасибо большое за такое качество. №359874

See Paris dreamed from childhood and recently this dream came true. My wife and I went to France for five days, where we got a lot of pleasant impressions. Booked a hotel, and from the airport to the hotel decided to book a transfer. To do this, contact the service gettransfer, where online were able to book a transfer and pay for it. On arrival we were waiting for a clean car with a polite driver. The car was beautiful, in good technical condition, it was nice to go to our hotel. The trip was satisfied, know how to work well.

Dont book your transfer with them. Was left in Barcelona with a old man in wheelchair and 2 small kids age 0 and 5. The luggage was late so we were late out from the airport. The driver was informed with flight number and time. The response from gettransfer was. The driver waits 1 hour. The driver started the tim exactly when we landed. He gave us not time to collect luggage. He was imformed with flight time and nubmer.

i don't recommend this company I ordered a ride from Geneva to Val Clart in 3.3 'we arrived in Geneva and we were looking for a driver No one was there We contacted the company and it turns out that there is no driver to come take us We were shocked in the angrey and very nervous because their service said that this is our problem and if we want to receive the only option Is to pay money to another taxi. Only after shouting and a million calls to a company that thought we were stupid We received a call that he used to come to pick us up. We waited for 3 and a half hours until the driver of course did not pay extra because we had closed a month in advance on the price. This company works with transportation agencies and their answer after two weeks the driver who was supposed to pick us up had an accident but of course I do not believe they would tell us that at the moment we called to find out where our driver missed a whole day and we lost money because we closed a guide we arrived at the hotel only at night. they manger on get transfer talk with me in the email and bring me carrier number.... i try to call the company driver and I tell them the story what happend and The guy on the phone laughed of my face and hung up the call I Very nervous and i lose more 300 euro on the date 3.3 because the driver didn't came and we waited 4 hours on the airport I don't give up I will sue your company

Will not be held accountable when they mess up. Sent a smaller van then paid for and had to go three hours with luggage on top of me. Will not refund a portion or compensate me for their error. Terrible service and they are liars even though you have a voucher stating facts, they will tell you that the driver has the right to charge you more. Do not use. Terrible service.

Driver didn't turn up and even didn't let me know nobody is coming to pick me up,I had to book a taxi as I would missed my flight,terrible and not reliable company.
