I cancelled my order long before the needed to come , canceled my order but got no word on a refund as a college student i need every penny i have to go home

GetTransfer are an intermediary booming platform. Booked a transfer and paid. 6 hours later the actual driver called to tell me he had problems being paid by GetTransfer and so would not be providing the service through them. Contacted GetTransfer who asked for more money to provide a lesser service by an alternative driver. I declined and requested a refund. GetTransfer refused, stated they would only offer a credit note and cited the current COVID pandemic as the reason for this contravention of consumer rights. My advice - don’t use them.

I booked a car and the driver failed to turn up I texted him 4 times and phoned him 3 times he never answered. Then when I wanted a refund I have had to provide screenshots of everything which was not a problem I had all the documentation but still they are not refunding my money. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS NEVER USE THEM AT ALL JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS

DO NOT USE IT. I cancelled my transport well in advance (many more days in advance that 48 h) and before the pandemic was declared. First email I sent they reply that reimbursement will be done between 7-30 days. As this period has passed now they say that I have to wait until the pandemic passes (who knows what their intention is). I think we should organise and see what type of actions we should start, this simply is not acceptable.

RUSSIAN FRAUD? This is about gettransfer.com (they try to change their profile here to a fake site - but in reality still operate getransfer.com - Great customer focused company, indeed!) FRAUD? - Does refuse to refund my money (although the booking is fully refundable) and just put it off to "some time once the pandemic is over". Just read all the other reviews and STAY AWAY. The company is RUSSIAN owned, based on Cyprus, and apparently does not think the rule of law is applicable to them (like changing terms and conditions without consent). Please don’t fall for the cheaper prices and get a safe and reliable transfer elsewhere.

Do not book with gettransfer. You refuse to return my money even though I cancelled according to your cancellation policy. I was reassured that I would get full refund in 30 days now they are saying I will receive it after the pandemic. Ridiculous !! Can any one please advise how we can take this matter forward.

This company are a disgrace. They have totally taken advantage of the horrible and tragic circumstances that are all over the world. They have just lied about everything and stole our money after saying that they had paid it back. PLEASE PLEASE do not book with this company as it is just one big scam. Any company that takes advantage of such a situation should be closed down immediately. I have also contacted the worldwide press to let them know about this company

Careful, this company is unprofessional and will keep your money against your will! I booked a transfer with them, and after the travel restrictions of the Corona Crises I had to cancel my booking. I got an e-mail by one of their support managers which asked me whether I would like to have the company keep my money as a deposit for a later booking or whether I wanted my money returned. I chose the second option and got my preference confirmed by the same manager. A couple of weeks later I realized that they didn’t return the money but that, now, I had a deposit on my account. I wrote a message to ask what was happening, and got a message from another support manager that gettransfer decided to change their user agreement and they did not realise there would be so much to do so they didn’t have the time to inform clients about the fact that they stopped refunding money and had the deposit system now. After telling them that I never agreed to this, and I would never travel with them again and that I wanted me money refunded (as it was confirmed in written form before), they answered that the money could be used to travel with them again (?!) and that I may request the money at a later time. This is fraud and absolutely, highly unprofessional! It is nothing but outrageous. If you book with this company, they will decide to change their user agreements (without your consent, without informing you) and keep your money. Don’t book!

This a REAL TRUTH I don’t do reviews but this time I have too. The worst company to work for as a partner and also customer. They don’t give it the customers the invoice or receipt so you can’t claim that. Another thing that if the job is for 200£ as partner you get 168£ huge commissions take it plus you always have to chase them for your money and they always say we have a problems but will will sort it out ASAP that’s not true . They take money from the customer stright away but to pay the partners who do they job they don’t also charge you stupid penalty charges . I will never recommend it . STAY AWAY

Bad service. Stay away. Booked an SUV for 3 large adults. They booked me a small SUV. When I wanted to get a larger model they were argumentative. When I wanted to cancel my booking the first person I spoke to said they couldn't refund the money. The second said they could. I have this confirmed by email. Their website says your money will be refunded in 5-7 days. That was 2 months ago. Followup emails guarantee that they will refund me but they are busy... 8 weeks is not 5-7 days. There is lots of competition out there.

Disgusting company. Made an online booking In New York then got a call saying the price was advertised wrong and give them $100 USD more. Then had a heated argument with the guy on the other end of the phone swearing constantly. He then said bad luck nobody’s coming to get you. This was within 6 hours before our flight and was a booking for 10 adults. This happened on the 16th of February It’s now 11th of April. Now they are blaming the COVID19 epidemic on not refunding us. We booked this prior to the epidemic. They took the funds then refused the service all with a hour. So they can do this in a heart beat yet we are waiting 54 days.....how on earth is this legally allowed.... 6 phone calls 5 emails and still they are refusing to give us back our $300. Not happy and am happy to be involved in any class action that is started to end this rip off company.

Due to the current pandemic our flight to SAn Francisco was cancelled. Special holiday for my daughters 21st. Tried to cancel my booking using an email address in the booking form well before the 48 hour deadline. Was told it was the wrong email and I made no attempt to cancel despite providing clear evidence that I sent an email. My recommendation is NEVER under any circumstance to use this company.

I spent R8500 for transfer from Munich airport to Hotel in Austria return.a manager with the nameVioletta keeps telling me that I won’t get refund . Due to Covid 19 I had to cancel my trip. Then I was promised 237 Euro refund and now 2 months later she says it’s not possible. The worst service and robbery that I’ve ever had never book with GetTransfer

I have already written about my shocking experience - listed below so won’t repeat but please this is a notice to anyone who has been robbed of their money by this company, contact the financial ombudsman service in your country to act against get transfer. They should not be allowed to steal consumers’ money. They changed their terms and conditions during a pandemic whic is not just completely unethical but illegal. In my case the no show of the taxi and no refund had nothing to do with Covid. Either way, contact your FOS and we can act against them collectively .
