“The loaders were great! We had alot of items. A large smoker grill, an old fire pit, 2 broken loungers, a full mattress, an old wooden coffee table top, a hot tub cover, and a set of plastic shed doors. They did not anticipate the size of the 8ftx16ft deteriorating shed platform ( large miscellaneous item.) The pictures did not load properly the week before the appointment and they weren’t expecting this specific piece in the removal. However, they did not complain and never suggested leaving without it! They used the tools they brought with them to saw and hammer it into smaller pieces and loaded it up! They encountered a small rat snake 🐍 removing the last piece of the platform. Though initially startled, they moved the piece of platform the snake was hiding under a few feet across the grass until the snake slithered a safe distance and continued. I trapped the snake with the assistance of a neighbor and threw it into the field over the fence while the loaders completed the removal. This is our first time using “Load Up” and at first sight I was worried they were fit for the job. I dismissed my judgment of visual impression and wasn’t disappointed! They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and never complained. That’s professional service.”

“I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the recent furniture pickup service. The team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very punctual and kept me informed of their estimated arrival time, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Within no time, all of the furniture was loaded, and they made sure to have me verify that everything had been gathered before leaving. That attention to detail really stood out. “Amazing service and communication! LoadUp sent me texts the day-of with updates on where the truck was. They were able to come earlier than expected, which worked great for me. The people who moved my furniture were very quick and helpful. Overall, a swift and dependable service. Will definitely be using LoadUp again.”
