“The LoadUp employee, Thaddeus, was very prompt, friendly, and efficient. The old mattress was gone and the new one set up in almost no time. I was also very happy that the old (clean) mattress would go to a shelter rather than a landfill, and the copious plastic wrapping would be recycled.”

“Great experience from the moment I called. Thorough, polite, accommodating, up front pricing, reasonable pricing, picked up items that other companies refused. The guys that picked up my furniture were extremely respectful, prompt, and caring (concerned about not ruining my floors, walls etc, therefore, they took time to bring down the items , FYI (52 steps in my home.) Awesome experience!!!!”

“I had two guys from LoadUp remove my 840lb home generator and these guys bent over backwards to get it from its awkward location in the back yard onto the truck. After spending hours disassembling and hauling all the heavy parts I now (literally) have a clean slate - awesome job, thanks guys!”

“My loadup driver was James. He had another guy with him and I didn't get his name, but they were incredible. Super quick. Came during the time they said they were going to and super nice! I will definitely use LoadUp again, but I would love to have James and the other gentlemen as my helpers. They were great!”

“I used LoadUp to have an indoor hot tub removed from our mountain house. They quickly scheduled the project and the tub was removed two days after I called them. Todd and his wife did an excellent job on the removal. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. Five stars to LoadUp!”
