“The driver was extremely pleasant and professional . He gave me great advice on moving issues in general. The communication was spot on. They're a little pricey but came in 24 hours . Give Charles a raise!”

“Eric was very good and removed from the ground the 2 4x4 stakes and the board, and the 32 stone bricks were removed. I forgot to ask him to pick up the microwave that was on the list. I would like Eric or if not Eric some other team member to remove 2 more stakes, 9 Pacers and the microwave. Thanks to Eric and his son for the great work on short notice and on Sunday.”

“Wonderful service. Used them to remove old mattress and put together a frame and foundation for a Helix mattress. Very attentive to detail in the installation and removal process, but also super quick. Would definitely recommend. It was also easy to schedule an appointment online and they arrived precisely when they said they would. Thank you! We will sleep well tonight.”

“Getting rid of our old mattress was the easiest thing ever with LoadUp! Arranged it online, left mattress outside (for $5 discount), they came first thing, loaded it, I signed a form and DONE!”

“The loader/driver William was very professional and courteous, as were his two assistants. They arrived within the estimated time window and completed the load-out quickly. In my opinion, the LoadUp online process for scheduling the job was very straightforward and I appreciated the up-front pricing. Another plus for LoadUp was they were willing to remove the items from my 2nd floor walk-up apartment (for a $10 fee). Other companies I researched would only remove items from the 1st floor (with no option to service a 2nd floor apartment).”

“I used Load Up The pricing is upfront you select what you need removed there’s a $10 charge per flight of stairs if it’s coming out of your basement or stairs are involved. In some cases you can get same-day service. The workers were polite on time and determined to remove my old refrigerator from my basement I knew it would be tough but they got it done”
