“They showed up in there own car and there was no room for my items. I can’t get a refund and they marked order complete. I refused for them to take my items. There is no customer service, no one to talk too and I am going to refute the charges!! Awful company. It’s a scam.”

“Scott Laliberte came to remove a mattress. Scott and the gentleman who came with him arrived on time and were very polite. They were helpful and removed the very quickly. I would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.”

“I contracted for removal of a sofa and mattress in rural Colorado. Load Up could not find a crew and was unable to complete the service. And they charged ME $168 (50% of the fee) because of their failure!”

“The gentlemen were timely, professional, efficient, and genuinely nice people. They helped me finish a last minute surprise project for my sister, which was replacing her primary suite mattress set. I was notified early they were in route and they were perfectly on time. Such a terrific experience from start to finish—their rates are affordable and reasonable, especially compared to other similar businesses. We will definitely utilize this company’s services again!”
