“No show for pickup. Will not answer the phone but refer you to text which they do not answer. Also, my bank warned me this was potentially fraudulent.”

“I mistyped my phone number and missed original appointment. Customer service kindly rescheduled my service. My service was great. The driver called 30 minutes before arriving, called again when he knew he would be late because of the previous customer, was very nice. It was a pleasure to do business with LoadUp.”

“I was at first disappointed the arrival was so late in the day because I expected it earlier. Once I spoke with Guillermo, the loader and he explained the traffic situation I completely understood his reason for the delay. He was methodical and careful in loading every piece of furniture. He negotiated the stairs without even a scratch on the walls. He and his helper were courteous, friendly and simply good folks. Thank You!”

“Highly disappointed when th this service. I was given a gigantic 12 hour pick up window and the pick up was not made until 90 minutes outside that timeframe. The loader was not responding and it’s impossible to reach a human being regarding issues. This service is awful and I won’t roll the dice on it again.”

“I am giving them 3-stars only because the loader arrived 1 hour late! I had an 8am - Noon pickup window and the loader arrived at 1pm. Otherwise, the loader was professional, polite, and did a great job! The overall experience was very good. Still, if you say you're going to do the job in a certain time window, it's not goo to arrive an hour late.”

“Eduardo was the person assigned to disassemble the outdoor trampoline I scheduled the day before. I did everything through their website and I received a notice via text 30 min before arriving, letting me know he was on his way. He was on time, respectful of our property, polite and worked even through a bit of rain till he was done! It was simple, fast and great experience. I’m definitely using their service again.”

“Roy and his helper did fabulous! Roy called ahead and provided me an ETA and arrived at that time. I had multiple large pieces of furniture in my garage I needed removed and they had it all loaded in around 30 minutes. All while being kind, courteous, professional, and making sure not to damage anything. They made it look easy. How they made it all fit and how efficiently they got it done was like magic. It may cost a bit of money but it is well worth using load up for less stress and a quick fix to move stuff out that otherwise would just create clutter. Thanks Loadup!”

“I hired load up to pick up a grill between 12-4 due to limitations with my building. About 10 minutes before the start of the window, I was told that my pickup had been cancelled. No longer able to lug the grill back up to my apartment and unable to keep it out front, I was forced to complete the junk drop-off myself. LoadUp offered only a partial refund even though 1) they made the cancellation 2) could not provide any assistance with my order and 3) did not give me any true notice of the cancellation.”
