“The guy who came appeared to have no experience moving a piano. He worked hard and eventually got the job done, however his trailer was inadequate and his helpers were a kid and a teenager. They struggled greatly to get the piano onto the trailer. I do appreciate how hard he worked to get the job done, but I was glad I wasn't trying to donate the piano as it might have been damaged beyond use.”

“Load up showed up on time and picked up all of my junk as agreed. Communication was very good, text, email and call a Loadup customer service rep was always available. I will use Loadup again to pick up trash. Well worth the money.”

“I had an order to remove 7 pieces of the old furniture. Jose and his helper did it in about 10-15 minutes, even though there were couple of big and heavy items. They also came in 2 hours earlier than the requested time. Even though I would prefer some heads up about the time change, it worked perfectly overall! The price was also unbeatable. I will definitely use the LoadUp in future and recommend it to everyone. Thank you!”

“These men were just great. They arrived on time, ready to help us. Our sofa bed was heavy and the doorway was just barely wide enough. They managed to get it out with little trouble. We appreciate them and recommend their service whenever you need help removing items from your home or business.”

“I called on Friday afternoon and by 12:15 on Saturday, my king size mattress and box springs were gone! Great company, reasonably priced. My driver Brent was friendly, knowledgeable, and an asset to this company! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed! Thank you!!”

“I contracted with LoadUp on 26 June 2023 to haul out my old, dead couch. They IMMEDIATELY debited my bank account for service not yet rendered. On the appointed day, 1 crew member came in my house &, standing 2 to 3 feet away, took a photo of the couch, then abruptly left. Thirty minutes later, their office called me & said they WOULDN'T remove the couch due to mold. It had no mold! I was then told that since their crew had come to my house they would only refund 50% of the charge. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SHYSTERS!”
