“The gentlemen who removed the furniture worked well together. They were very cordial and in and out with a breeze. OUTSTANDING. They removed 1couch, 1 loveseat, a chair and ottoman.”

“bait and switch situation! I asked for all my furniture to be donated to Veterans or Battered women ! Walked out to hacking up a pottery barn bench with cubbies and baskets ! The 2 guys were very nice , but they had been told all my pickup went to junk… I’m sad that this happened , I could have easily taken this piece myself ! Along with price increase quated $315, went to $550”

“Communication with LoadUp was excellent and easy. I asked for a quote, received a quoted price the day I asked for it, and that price remained the same over many months until I was ready to schedule the pick-up. When I was ready to schedule, scheduling was easy and quick. They were able to schedule within a day of my phone call. Then LoadUp texted me a reminder that they were coming first thing in the morning the day of the pick-up. The two persons assigned to pick-up for me called before arriving, arrived on time, and were quick and very nice. Everyone at LoadUp was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again whenever the need arises.”

“The customer service by Miguel was excellent and they were in touch with me throughout the day after there was a miscommunication on the scheduled delivery. I had a couch and love seat picked up. Leo and Nick, the movers did a great job. They were courteous and professional. They showed thoughtfulness and patience when they had a difficult time getting my furniture out. They were very careful not to cause any damage. I will recommend Load Up to friends and use Load Up again should I need the services. Thank you.”

“I had to click on a star...Buyer BEWARE! This company is horrible! From the initial quote to the company they contracted with locally - disappointing. I was told that they would donate what could be donated and then toss the rest. Not what the local pick up guy shared. Loadup, maybe get your company values aligned with the contractors you work with or don't promise what you can't deliver. We packed up garbage in bags so it would be easier for the pick up crew. I was given a pick up window from 8-12, had the contractor been given all 22 pictures maybe he would have shown up at 8am and the job could have been completed in time for us to leave. We worked 2 days to get the house ready because we were on a very tight schedule, had the company come at 8am it would have been done in the appropriate time frame. - The contractor they hired here locally was not given accurate information on the pick up so when he arrived our expectations were not aligned. Not at all upset with the local pick up company he was misinformed as well. They make you pay up front, I'll never do that again! They offered up many solutions none of which would work for the tight schedule we were on... They refused to give me a full refund so I had no choice but to deal with their solution. We've had to reschedule our flight to accommodate the 2nd contractor that Loadup sent out(their solution)- because they wouldn't give me a full refund, full fee was $3100, they would have kept half. So, extra money spent to change flight- So happy we could accommodate your company, it's just more money, right? - Your company is a joke. Beyond upset with this company, I will never suggest them to anyone. People in California or Nevada DO NOT USE LOAD UP!!!”
