“WOW! A+ Super stars. So easy to schedule and they kept in contact with us via text when they were on their way, when they arrived, picked up and completed the job. We had a king size mattress and matching box springs that we had no clue what to do with until we found LoadUp online. They have awesome positive reviews and here's ours. We are 100% totally happy and more than satisfied with this company and service. :O) -- Location: Iron Station, NC”

“I have issue with the scheduling with Helix HOWEVER when it finally took place The service by Benjamin and Jack in Fort Collins Co was a 5 out of 5. They were utterly marvelous, professional and kind. Two fine men of whom you should be proud. My thanks to them and to you for hiring such men.”

“Driver asked me to be ready by 7 am - 8 am. Checked up on 8 am no arrival. Tried to call several times, until I stated I wanted to cancel, then stated he would be here 9:40 am. I paid 114 for this?!! Should have called 1800 junk removal.”

“Horrible, horrible company. A total rip off. They screwed up my initial order and customer service did not know what they were doing. After several attempts to get the job correct I gave up and cancelled within 24hrs of initial booking. They withheld 20% of my refund even though they are the ones who messed up! Lots of complaints on Better Business Bureau, too. Beware.”
