“Window was 12-4 and driver did not show up until after 7:00. We bought a house and the couch was over at our old APT so there was nothing for me to do but wait. Complete waste of time. If you use this service make sure whatever you are moving is at a location where you have other things to occupy your time because apparently they book so many clients in one day it is acceptable for them to show up 3 hours past your 4 hour window.”

“Definitely a scam. They allow you to select specific times and dates online and say they will refund you if they are unable to provide the services. Then they will let you know the day of they are unable to provide services and submit it as if you are canceling and keep your money.”

“Super easy to order pick up online. They provided an automated call on the day off to make any changes if needed (would transfer me to a customer service rep if needed). I didn't so everything was set. They showed up to pick up the mattress that was outside later in the day and done. Great experience.”

“Horrible service. Scheduled to have them come yesterday and no one showed up during a 12 hour window! Stuck waiting on them from 8am-8pm. No phone call, text, email, nothing letting us know there was an issue. On top of that would not come the next day to fix the issue and wanted to push service till the week when I work. No offer of discount to service or anything. DO NOT USE!!!”
