“We had a very heavy sleeper sofa that we wanted to donate and found LoadUp. Our loaders, Mark and Marissa were amazing! They were professional and courteous. They had to carefully maneuver down a narrow hallway and doors. Great experience!! I highly recommend LoadUp and Mark and Marissa!!!”

“They came out as promised in the time frame I submitted. They were vary polite and friendly. I enjoyed talking with the driver. He knew what he was doing and showing his helpers how to get everything into the trailer. Vary efficient and I would definitely recommend them. God bless.”

“This is definitely the best service around! They are highly professional, extremely prompt and quick with their service and have such professionalism. The gentleman who removed two couches from my house did it with such speed and grace which I would’ve not have known to be possible before witnessing myself. I’m so appreciative of load up and would recommend the service to anyone!”

“I specifically requested shoe covers. They did not have. They put plastic bags on shoes that are provided to clean up after pets. Service was fine. However, I think you are VERY expensive.”

“LoadUp was fantastic and so easy to use! I placed a request to pick-up an old heavy desk just two days in advance. Then had to reschedule due to my schedule and it was all very easy. Paying upfront was a bit odd but the driver called when they were 20 minutes away. I do wish I had been given a smaller window sooner, but given the price and promptness, would definitely use them again! So efficient and very nice guys!”

“Good communication in getting a time for pick-up. Our driver Virgil and his helper removed a queen size bed mattress, box springs, and frame in short order. Both were extremely friendly and courteous. I'd gladly use this service from LoadUp again and highly recommend it to anyone.”

“Our loader, Napoleon and his assistant were very efficient and friendly. I thought that they were going to have a problem with the sofa bed couch and the bedroom set but it was a very smooth removal. I will recommend LoadUp to my friends and keep you in mind for my next removal. Thank You!”

“We are very disappointed with your services. We chose a time slot of 12pm-4pm and no one called me until I called them. Then, I learned I might not have anyone show up because a driver said his a/c was broken in the van so he was trying to figure things out. Finally, only after I attempted to resolve the situation (when it wasn't my duty to do such things), someone called me at 6pm...I was off of work at 5:15pm and made it clear to my driver to contact the number I gave him. I was also later informed that the drivers and workers did not help carry the load over to their truck and just waited for our employees to put it on their truck. Will never be using this service again.”
