“If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked LoadUp to come to my office on 9/1 - Fri. of a holiday weekend. Their business model is to pay upfront via cc. Despite many text confirmations, I waited all day & they never came. Their m.o is to apologize profusely, promise to make it right & reschedule. I rescheduled for 9/6. Once again, waited all day & they never came. Once again, they apologized & asked to reschedule. Do not use this co. if reliability or timeliness is important to you.”

“The LoadUP staff arrived exactly on time. They worked steadily and quickly. Both gentlemen were courteous and helpful. Due to the large number of DVDs that were involved, there was an adjustment to the cost of the service. The adjustment was much lower than I expected. I look forward to making use of LoadUp's services in future.”

“Jeremiah did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would. He and his assistants removed the object in question swiftly and with no damage to walls etc. They were also very pleasant. They were great to work with.”
