“Language barrier. Could not understand oral or written instructions, like FRAGILE. Broke headboard/frame by trying to stuff it in. Upended dressers/cedar chests without asking if contents could go upside down. Never again. Did not inquire about how I wanted my stuff handled. Totally careless.”

“Would not recommend Load Up. They make you pay online when booking to have something removed and like I had to cancel because I no longer needed their services I was only refunded half of what I paid and I cancelled more than 24 hours before hand.”

“The person who helped me was Mike, he was by himself but was able to load up my washer and dryer, couch, club chair & ottoman, coffee table, 2-drawer file cabinet, and 2 end tables in such a short time. I could hopefully donate some things I didn't need for my new place and get rid of some appliances that no longer worked. This is a wonderful service. Thank you!”

“Like that they give upfront pricing and online scheduling. However, beware that even if you cancel a week or more in advance they will still charge 20% cancellation fee.”

“Great service, prompt and professional work. I will definitely book another job with LoadUp in the future. The only suggestion I have is to include a picture of the person coming to fulfill the order. Other companies I contract with supply this information and it is very helpful to be sure the person coming onto the property is actually supposed to be there.”
