“The customer service by Miguel was excellent and they were in touch with me throughout the day after there was a miscommunication on the scheduled delivery. I had a couch and love seat picked up. Leo and Nick, the movers did a great job. They were courteous and professional. They showed thoughtfulness and patience when they had a difficult time getting my furniture out. They were very careful not to cause any damage. I will recommend Load Up to friends and use Load Up again should I need the services. Thank you.”

“I had to click on a star...Buyer BEWARE! This company is horrible! From the initial quote to the company they contracted with locally - disappointing. I was told that they would donate what could be donated and then toss the rest. Not what the local pick up guy shared. Loadup, maybe get your company values aligned with the contractors you work with or don't promise what you can't deliver. We packed up garbage in bags so it would be easier for the pick up crew. I was given a pick up window from 8-12, had the contractor been given all 22 pictures maybe he would have shown up at 8am and the job could have been completed in time for us to leave. We worked 2 days to get the house ready because we were on a very tight schedule, had the company come at 8am it would have been done in the appropriate time frame. - The contractor they hired here locally was not given accurate information on the pick up so when he arrived our expectations were not aligned. Not at all upset with the local pick up company he was misinformed as well. They make you pay up front, I'll never do that again! They offered up many solutions none of which would work for the tight schedule we were on... They refused to give me a full refund so I had no choice but to deal with their solution. We've had to reschedule our flight to accommodate the 2nd contractor that Loadup sent out(their solution)- because they wouldn't give me a full refund, full fee was $3100, they would have kept half. So, extra money spent to change flight- So happy we could accommodate your company, it's just more money, right? - Your company is a joke. Beyond upset with this company, I will never suggest them to anyone. People in California or Nevada DO NOT USE LOAD UP!!!”

“Scheduler sent one individual to pickup large heavy sofa with a queen sleeper and two(2) large power recliners. This sofa needs two people minimum and the pickup person did not know it. I paid 190 dollars and had to help the poor pickup driver. The four hour window turned out to be 5 1/2 hours. Then scheduler at the office told my wife two options: reschedule for next day or extend today’s window till 8:00 pm.The pickup driver was very apologetic and did a great job. Poor rating is the highest I could give the company service. No courtesy call from company/ driver.”

“The person took the garbage that the mattresses came in and then left it on our street. We would have had a ticket had we not seen it. We would’ve been better off had he just said he doesn’t remove junk.”

“Do yourself a favor and overshoot your estimate. Dont rely on the notes section. Other than that, the process was great. Had a lot of stuff that was included in the estimate but they were very professional and nice about things.”

“I usually ordered my queen size mattress to be picked up the time is between 12:00 and 4:00 this morning I ended up having appointments I had to get to so I called my driver Ivan Direct his number was on the email and I told him my situation and asked if he could come earlier he was at my house within 20 minutes it was so nice have such a quick response”

“STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAM COMPANY.... I booked a sofa removal for today. I am getting a new one and needed this one gone TODAY to make room for for it. I booked time and PREPAID. Last night I get a call from a caller ID that states its a Medical company. They are calling to verify my booking. Red Flag #1 Then today I get a text stating unforeseen problem with my order we will do our best to complete pickup today. So I call and get run aground I ask to speak to manager and I am told i am being transferred to one. Turn's out they train their reps to pose as managers. He wasn't a manager at all. Finally I demand to speak to one. Told multiple times NO. Then finally get one on the phone that is BEYOND RUDE. I am told I did not pay upfront and the service is if we can get around to you we will and then you pay. This was a LIE. They authorized my card when I chose the PREPAY option. This is just a third party company that takes your money and hires another company to actually do the work. So, if they can find someone cheap enough they will hire them and then take a cut. When they cant find someone they will just not show up nor call you.”
