“I was completely satisfied with the service that was provided to me on Thursday, June 22, 2023. For the service provided by Driver, Jarid Adkins, Junkhaulic, he was more than very good-outstanding. He called the morning of the appointment as promised and was at my house when he said he would be. He was very helpful and explained the entire process. I will use his service from now on.”

“Jaden and Roderick were two very professional and efficient gentlemen who assembled a wrought iron bed for me today. It was. 4 poster including multiple parts which included the box spring and mattress. I would recommend them to assemble whatever is needed. They were very respectful and courteous to this senior citizen. Give those two a bonus .”

“This is a review of an appointment that i had with LoadUp on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. The driver, CharWel, Quick Light, called at 8am and said he was on the way. He called back around 1130am to have me take pictures of what I wanted picked up which I did and texted to him on his personal cell number. I didn’t hear anything back so I called him, no answer, I texted him and asked him to call me and he didn’t, not a word! I then received a call from someone named Latham from Upload telling me the appointment was cancelled and i would have to reschedule. This was very frustrating and disappointing service and it caused me a LOT of STRESS. I am not dissatisfied with LoadUp, it was the Driver.”

“First, I chose LoadUp to remove mattresses and frames and install a new mattress and frame because, simply, they were the ones who answered the phone. Due to setbacks in the delivery of my new mattresses I had to make changes to my order three more times. On every occasion I worked with a professional contact person from the Hialeah branch who was polite, understanding and helpful! The delivery team equally performed at the same standard of excellence. Thank you!”

“Arrived on time with a wonder huge vehicle to pick up two old bulky refrigerators. I had very narrow doorways and these were bulky. They handled this with ease and a smile. I would definatly hire again!”

“The service was amazing! Jeje and his partner got our old elliptical machine out of our basement and up a flight of stairs. They had to take the door off the hinges first, and put the door back after the machine was outside. They were friendly with great attention to detail. I will definitely use LoadUp again! :) :)”

“Rayan was my LoadUp driver and removal worker. He was great! Polite, friendly, capable and totally committed to the job of removing an awkward, oversized planter filled with soil and sand. Rayan made sure to leave my porch clean, tidy and ready for me to use again. He was ever pleasant despite challenging task, especially given it was a stifling hot and humid afternoon. 5+ Stars to you, Rayan, and to Load Up also!”

“We paid up front to have some items removed and other items moved from the basement to the garage. Two items were unable to be moved up from the basement. Understandable that they were not able to accomplish the task. However, they refused to deduct labor cost that we paid for up front for services that were not completed. I should have read the reviews prior to using them. They contract out their labor so the crews that they get may not be prepared to accomplish the tasks that are paid for upfront.”
