“I had scheduled a pickup with LoadUp, but there was a mix up with the original driver. However, Josh called me early that day and let me know that it was going to take him 8 hours to drive from Portland. I appreciated the fact that he was upfront with me and agreed to schedule on a different day. A week later, Aaron and his partner showed up about 20 minutes early and did a great job moving the washer and dryer out of the RV second story loft. They were both really friendly and incredibly professional. There were some items that needed to be junked so I drove with them to the landfill and missed the entrance. Fortunately, we were close by and it didn't take long to backtrack and get there. Some of the custom made solid oak furniture was in good condition so they were willing to take those items with them on the road. Aaron liked the stainless steel BBQ that was sitting in my RV garage so I agreed to let him have it since I already had another one. I then realized that it was never used and it was better than my old one! Damn! Oh well, a deal is a deal, so I let him take it with him. The guys were really careful when moving the furniture and incredibly fast. Great service!”

“We hired load up to pick up used furniture. All good, got our quote and paid. The day of service, they were to be here between 8a and 12p. The loader called and said we won't be there til 2p. 2pm comes and goes. Around 4p, they call and said they are coming back from Harrisburg. Now mind you they started in philly and we are very close to philly which means they bypassed us to go to Harrisburg. Come 7pm, I reach out to the company to find out they are not coming at all. No call no nothing. They are now trying to find someone for tomorrow to come pick our furniture. Tomorrow is Sunday and new furniture is coming Monday. I will never use them again. I'm beyond upset and my husband will now waste entire weeked waiting for someone to come pick up this furniture.”

“This was an easy-breezy pickup. I had the mattress ready and Adam was in and out in two minutes! Just what I needed! The communication with LoadUp was very professional and efficient. I’d use this company again.”

“Very easy and convenient to schedule online. I loved the ability to follow the progress of my driver the day of pick up. Placed my items outside and everything was taken within 5 minutes of the driver arriving. Will defiantly use this service again in the future!”
