“I was a little anxious at first being an on line order. Yet the email confirmation and then the text and tracking tools were helpful. The day of schedule pick up had a real person call me verifying my driver was arriving!!!! I find this excellent!!! Thank you LoadUp. Drivers were excellent and great.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked LoadUp to come to my office on 9/1 - Fri. of a holiday weekend. Their business model is to pay upfront via cc. Despite many text confirmations, I waited all day & they never came. Their m.o is to apologize profusely, promise to make it right & reschedule. I rescheduled for 9/6. Once again, waited all day & they never came. Once again, they apologized & asked to reschedule. Do not use this co. if reliability or timeliness is important to you.”

“The LoadUP staff arrived exactly on time. They worked steadily and quickly. Both gentlemen were courteous and helpful. Due to the large number of DVDs that were involved, there was an adjustment to the cost of the service. The adjustment was much lower than I expected. I look forward to making use of LoadUp's services in future.”
