“I was skeptical at first, but now I'm glad I took the chance and used your service! The price was right, the app made it easy to choose a time, and my driver was excellent !! Michael was by himself (!) and loaded up all the items I had listed without assistance. Absolutely amazing, and I will use Load Up again if I have anything else that needs to go.”

“I found loadup online after researching alot of companies. My objective was to have old bedroom furniture removed and carted away. I read the online reviews and customers were very satisfied with Loadup. Scheduling online was easy. My Loadup team was Rich and Joe and there were sweet and amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Worst customer experience I've ever received. Long story short, after paying up front for the junk to be removed, they sent someone in a car smaller than the junk itself despite sending photos of what I needed removed. After admitting he could not perform the work he called them to find another loader. They have since given me nothing but empty platitudes and claims that they are trying their best to get me taken care of. They left me holding the bag and gave me nothing in return.”

“Process of arranging for the pickup was pretty smooth but on the day of pickup, it was a different story. We were provided with a way to track the pickup and was checking that periodically when a pickup truck pulled into our driveway. At that moment, the tracking changed from "scheduled" to "completed" - going through the "enroute, arrival, completed" all at the same time. A man and woman appeared and we proceeded to show them where the sofa sleeper was and the door through which they would be taking it out of our house. It was a struggle to get it through doorways and it was very heavy. The man lifted his end without a problem but the woman had difficulty lifting and carrying it for any distance. Occasionally, she would put her end down and it would be drug across our laminate floor for short distances. Now we have small groove marks across our floor which we haven't been able to buff out. I mentioned several times during the setup process that the sofa sleeper was very heavy so would take strength to move it. I don't feel enough help was provided to remove this sofa sleeper out of our home. Now we have damaged floors. (Picture shows just an example of one area)”

“My loader didn't arrive the first day I scheduled, so I had to reschedule for the next day. That loader also didn't arrive, and customer service tried to reschedule me for two days later. I had already paid (paying up front is NOT a good idea, I now realize), so I kept trying to work with them, but eventually I cancelled and asked for a refund (which I did get, but I was worried I wouldn't). I also did not like that there was not a call center; only communicating by text, email, and live chat was suspicious and ended up being a complete hassle on my end.”

“They did not set up the new bed only took away my old mattress. When I asked them they said they were only there for takeaway. I paid 279.00 for white glove service to have old bed taken away and new bed set up. I was left with an un ensemble bed.. why? Not happy who is responsible? This needs to be addressed. Would like my refund of 279.00. I would like to here from someone since I gave my business to this company.”
