“The worst. They outsource drivers and hauling. Zero customer service. 3 hours late. I called to find support and solutions, all they do is read you the Terms & Conditions that absolve them of any anything. Total weak-sauce for a company to hind behind T&C's. Never again.”

“Signing up for a time and making a payment were easy. The two gus were early, but I was more than ready to meet them at Public Storage. They turned in just as I was parking. They were very polite and communicated very well. They seemed to take care of the piece of furniture I indicated I wanted donated. I would likely use LoadUp in the future.”
