“Excellent service! Two friendly employees came today, and they worked extremely hard. They were able to get everything loaded and were so polite! We were impressed, and we highly recommend this business. They were a blessing from the GOOD LORD!”

“Pickup window was between 8-12. No driver showed up. I called customer service only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes. I used the text message customer service and it literally just repeats an automated message. No assistance whatsoever.”

“The loaders who came to our home were fantastic! They were kind and appropriately communicated about the disassembly and haul off work. They were cautious and careful in our home. This team was outstanding. Regarding ongoing communication from Go Load Up after paying for the job and up to the time loaders appear at your door, improvement is needed. For security reasons, it is important to know the names of the persons who will show up at your home before they arrive. I had to ask. It would be even better if you received a photo of the team just prior to their arrival. I will use them again.”

“My scheduled date no show, call after call was made to find out was was happening with my order, finally they said they didn’t have a driver could I reschedule so I did loosing another day of mine. Today was the new date and I had NOT received any message so I communicated with them & was told they were trying to get a “loader” ! Finally someone came & it was a surprise to me! A happy surprise I must say but poor communication or lack of!!”

“Mattress, box spring, and frame never picked up. Appointments for 2 successive days. Called drivers, said they would call back or come pick up and neither did. Spent $169 for nothing. Keep making promises to fulfill order & no action.”

“Will keep this brief and say that the experience that I had with load up over the past four days was nothing short of abysmal and that I will never do business with this company or the like. Again. The customer service or lack thereof that I received was subpar at best and I have never done business with a company that treated its customers this poorly.”
