“Load up created a problem for our pickup. they overloaded our pickup driver and they were unable to fulfill the original time block through no fault of their own. Since this was a very urgently needed pickup, our driver, Tyler was so kind and told us he would come the following morning. He did just that. It was on time, smooth and we are so grateful to him! However, Load up, you did not do your job properly! Shame on you!”

“Steve and his team did an amazing job. They were very efficient and were extremely careful. I also love the fact that I know the furniture is going to go to someone who really needs it. I highly recommend LoadUp and will use them again. Thank you!”

“If I could give you zero stars I would. I’ve been waiting the entire day for your guys to show up. No one communicated with me to let me know ETA and it was only after I contacted the number I was given the second time did I learn that the guys were going to be an hour late. Guess what? They still aren’t here. And your customer service is a joke. How can you have no one with management authority working on a weekend when the bulk of your service is being provided. I look forward to writing further reviews elsewhere warning people away from this shoddy service.”

“The LoadUp men arrived and quickly got to work taking out the furniture. I was sure the van wasn't big enough but they assured me that it was and they were right! Ricardo's team were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and quick! It was really awesome!”

“Fardrigue and his able assistant, arriving as was well communicated online, carefully and efficiently moved my mattress and exercise bike. The latter was heavy and awkward and they handled it beautifully. Now it can be donated by LoadUp to a needy gym or community center. I appreciated their efficiency and their friendly but professional demeanor. In addition, the price for the job was well below others' estimates, and was easy to schedule. You can trust this company.”

“I've used them before and had no issues, but when they mess up, they REALLY mess up. I counted on them to pick up a very large sofa the day before I had some furniture delivered - I needed furniture to sit on while we waited for the delivery, which is why I had them schedule to pick up the day before delivery. On delivery day, they did not call or show and left me in a panic trying to find a solution for what I was going to do with a couch that I literally had no room for. Fortunately, there are other services available that were able to fill the short-term need, but it would have been nice if LoadUp had maintained its reliability. To make matters worse, the support number is simply an automated menu with limited options available - pressing '0' won't get you to a real person. I only got feedback after giving up on the call and getting an automated text message. To my surprise, someone responded to my frustrated texts and (to their credit) they offered a 10% for the inconvenience. That, however, was simply not enough. 10% off won't remove this couch by the time I need, so I've gone with another service. Depending on how that goes, I may not be coming back to LoadUp. To everyone else, I hope you don't have any issues with LoadUp! If you do, good luck... I hope you didn't plan any dates with thin margins...”

“super easy to book and reasonably priced! the loaders, luis and angela, were about an hour later than the given window—apparently they had to drive back into the city from st charles, which feels like more of a logistics fail than anything they could have controlled. they got everything out and loaded into their van super fast. i was shocked at how expertly they demolished the couch that wouldn’t make it out of the apartment and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. thank you for your work!!”

“Not a good experience. The loader did not know the items were in the basement. He said had he known he would have brought a helper. I responded that LoadUp asked for pictures of the items but didn’t ask where they were. He attempted to call LoadUp but quit after 30 minutes on hold. He had an injured foot and struggled with the stairs. I would have helped but I have a bad back and am 76. That’s why I hired LoadUp. The loader took around half the items and decided that was enough. So I have paid LoadUp in full but half of the items are still in the basement. LoadUp can send another loader to finish the job or refund part of the fee. If they will do one of these items I will share that and enter a second review at maybe a higher number. Also I tried to call LoadUp while the mover was there but could not get to a person”

“I do think the ones who come should wear LoadUp T shirts just to say they represent your company. I had to ask them were they from LoadUp. They were nice but it would have been nice to connect the company with their service.”
