“The driver called as promised and arrived when stated; however, I had a riding mower, they had no lift to put it on the truck. They removed it, but I was worried for the driver's safety. They should have had some type of ramp, it would've been easier. Other than that..Good service. :)”

“Waited from 8 am to 5:45 pm, the driver called about 3 pm and said no problem with picking up the 46 inch projection TV and then never showed up. Got an email rescheduling for another 12 hour window in two days. At least since you didn't show up after saying you would you could give me an hour window instead making me waste another full day waiting for you to show up possibly.”

“Only issue is that a better time frame given at start of day and you can speak with a person if you have a ? And not have to go thru the schedule prompt”

“Very disappointed with removal today. Had a large 2 piece sectional that needed to be removed and 1 mover showed up. Good thing my husband was home to help. Did not expect to have to move the furniture ourselves. Very disappointed”

“They were very efficient. They removed mattress and box spring. They assembled the bed and allowed me to use the remote (to check operations). I was pleased with their work.”

“Got updates from the driver, kept me informed. Both men were kind and helpful, took the furniture out quickly. They were very careful. Fast and easy!! Will definitely be recommending to others in my building”

“Canceled my scheduled pick up time twice in a row, less than 24 hours before pickup both times. Did not communicate well. Did not call back when requested. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME.”
