“My original loader never showed up or contacted me, and I was getting quite frustrated. However, Elie in customer support was extremely efficient in helping me find someone else. And my loader Joel was quick and was happy to help on such short notice. I'm very appreciative for their hard work and ability to turn an inconvenience into a positive experience.”
