“I needed a safe removed. LoadUp was $2100 cheaper than my first estimate. Three guys got it out (in less than 10 minutes) with no damage to the house or driveway. Will definitely use them again.”

“Contracted the company to set up my new bed and mattress. The team sent by LoadUp told me parts were missing for the bed and they couldn’t set up. After hours talking with the bed company and their warranty provider there were no issues with the bed and my friend and I set it up ourselves. Spent $160 with this company to have them refund me $30 for basically doing nothing. Additionally the customer service prevented me from talking to an actual person and focused on delayed texting.”

“While this is a national company, they seem to have the local connections working well. The information about and contact from the local provider as well as the pick up went very smoothly. Local provider asked about condition with the idea of being able to recycle. This reuse commitment was one reason I chose this company.”

“Will never use again! They gave us a time window and the loader called at the end and said they “would have to do it another day because something came up”! Tried to call the company ALL DAY (8 times) and left messages and had no response! If you want dependable, would NOT recommend!”

“My experience with LoadUp was amazing. I had furniture to be removed. I was able to price everything and schedule the pickup online. The communication at every step was just terrific. Ezekiel and Julio were professional, friendly, pleasant, and the entire team was incredibly efficient. Five stars, A+, highly recommend this company.”

“Ryan & Will be very professional, moved out everything needed, we’re very easy to work with and careful. Most importantly they knew how to properly pack their truck and saved us on the moved resulting from it not taking up as much room as they anticipated. Would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors Five stars!”

“The service was fantastic. About 10 minutes after sending a text, Kate replied. Within 2 hours the junk was gone from my driveway. The price was reasonable and the men who did the work very very personable. Thanks for the great help.”

“They do come right out for a estimate. The prices are outrageous not affordable at all. I had a lot of recyclables items it seems they don’t take take that under consideration. It’s a service for someone who just want things moved and the price doesn’t matter.”

“This company is very robotic automated not human friendly and very unhelpful they pick and choose what they will take and the rates are crazy high and they say they vet their loaders but most are cons and you get some scuzzy dudes who ruin your yard even though u asked them not to drive on the lawn.”
